I'm extremely disheartened by the service I received today, particularly due to one employee's attitude. As a loyal customer for over a decade, I've never encountered such poor customer service. I urge the Adidas team to take notice and address this issue promptly.
Regrettably, more than half of the staff seemed unapproachable and unfriendly, lacking warmth and smiles. In contrast, the Nike store in the same shopping center consistently provides better service and a welcoming atmosphere.
To add to my frustration, I attempted the additional purchase the pair of shoes marked as 60% off, but the manager claimed it wasn't part of the promotion. The employee initially told me it was included, but then backtracked, saying it didn't have the required sticker. This inconsistency highlights poor store management and a need for improvement.
Despite this experience, I still need to purchase supplies for my son, who loves the Adidas brand. If this had happened before my previous purchase, I wouldn't have made the buy. I hope Adidas takes my feedback seriously and takes necessary steps to improve their customer service."

I shop here all the time and buy all my boy's footwear from here. Zack, the manager is an awesome guy. Prices work for my wallet ?

I did some on-line research and purchased a pair of Addidas that turned out to be a poor fit. I returned them to the store and Zach quickly processed the return and then spent time with me to find the shoe and technology that was a much better fit. A very positive experience from Zach and his front end team

The store policy of closing the fitting rooms one hour before the store closes took us by surprise, and we had to leave everything we picked and leave the store empty-handed, very disappointing.
