Super quality work/craftsmanship. Done a week ahead of initially projected time. Communication with detailed updates exceptional. Cooperation with insurance company through Caliber was great. Very friendly and customer focused. Should circumstances make such necessary, I would use again without question.

I came around last November and didn’t get my car until March.I understand they can’t do anything about the issues with highly requested items. In my case it was a fender problem with the 2017 accord.I had a rental for about 2 months and after I had to pay about 300 a week or so…They gave the vehicle back to me and everything liked okay but the damage wasn’t really repaired. It was molded. After pressing them time and time again I gave up, then when it was March I decided to have family help me talk to them and see the car.Got the car 2 weeks later and there were issues that they claimed was not their fault.The passenger windshield was very slow to raise and put down compared to all my other windows.When I had to take the bumper apart to install a new aftermarket grille for my car, they had some screws missing and accidentally drilled a screw too deep and damaged it slightly, so I had everything in except one screw was a little off.They also did a poor job putting the bumper back on (they might’ve thought I was some kid who doesn’t check these kind of things or does any ins of service to my car).I would not take my car here if you have anxiety of something happening to it. The miles started when I turned the vehicle in versus when I brought it back was also different by about 1000 miles and I have photo evidence.You guys don’t have to believe me but this is not a place that genuinely cares about other people and their belongings.

I had Joseph to assist me with my car and he was absolutely fantastic in his availability and knowledgeable for the questions that I asked. Caliber Collision in Lawrenceville were swift with my repairs as well and definitely worked with me if I had any issues.

First off, my car was dropped off End of July and I didn't get it back until October.Secondly, when I got it back they had somehow broken the microphone to my car's Bluetooth. I am a very easygoing person and would totally understand if they accepted some responsibility and fixed it, but they decline to help at all as it wasn't "Accident Related" and they "Didn't Touch It." However, it worked perfectly fine before dropping it off at the shop- and now it doesn't. Not only did they deny any responsibility or help- I have had my car back for two weeks now and I still haven't heard from them. I have called multiple times to no avail and even being told "Tracy will call you back." Tracy has never called.Thirdly, I got my car back originally in September but it was given to me in unsafe condition- They didn't fix the bent axle, so I couldn't drive without it shaking. Where Caliber Collision did well was that they did come pick my car back up and not make me drive it back to the shop- I do appreciate that.With all that being said- unhelpful staff, poor communication, mishandling of repairs, and refusal to help issues that arose in their care make Caliber Collision in Lawrenceville worthy of my 1st 1 Star Review ever given out.DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! SERIOUSLY!
