Well to start. The process was extremely easy online. A few hours after, drove down to the facility and got there 5 minutes too late. Approached the store general manager as she was just locking up to leave. Most places will send you off, nope, she instantly knew who I was and reopened to further assist me. Had rented a parking space and not a storage unit as I thought I did, she helped me correct that with extreme patience. Brought me to inspect the unit before leaving. Hats off to her and you guys for the great customer service and of course great pricing and location. Especially love the fact that you all accept donations for a great cause!
