I rented a U-Haul on Saturday morning and when I showed up the U-Haul system was acting up. Megan was the one checking in 14 reseverations by her self and was AMAZING!!! She was so apologetic for something out of her control and truly went above and beyond to ensure she took care of us all!!! She needs a raise and I really appreciated her service.

THIS WAS THE WORST STORAGE UNIT I EVER RENTED! SOMEONE BROKE INTO MY UNIT AND TOOK A LOT IF MY BELONGINGS AND TO BE TOLD THEY MIGHT KNOW WHO DID IT BECAUSE PEOPLE SNEEK IN AND SLEEP IN THEM AND THEN I SEEN THE OWNER WITH MY SHOES ON! DO NOT GO THERE!!!!

Facility is run down. I wouldn’t rent storage from them.I don’t understand why the onus is on the renter to mark every little scrap and or blemish on the rental vehicle . The inspection should be completed by the rental center employees.The vehicle I rented was a van drove very well.

The entire experience was flawless! I rented a 5x8 van trailer and when we arrived, not only did I realize that I had the wrong hitch even though the website did not indicate this, the 5x8 was too small! Melvin stepped right in and saved the day. While he did not have a 6x12 van trailer, he found another uhual location with what we needed. He called them and set everything up! Then....the next morning Melvin called to make sure my trip was going well and that I had everything I needed! I highly recommend this location!

It was fine. Not like it used to be when Billy and Faye was there. Miss theme there. Staff were fine but could have been better.

Tried to rent a U-Haul from them but the lady literally looked me up and down and claimed she didn't have any in the yard. Mind you, she had 5 trucks, 9 trailers and 3 vans.

They gave me a truck with "1/4" tank of gas but was really 1/8. The only reason to do that is to scam people out of a couple gallons. And the lady at the desk was talking to me like I had a tshirt that says "screw your return time."Worst uhaul experience ever
