Ordered flowers to deliver to my mom the Wednesday before Mother’s Day, they never arrived. Contacted customer service and they said that the item I ordered was out of stock. So they just didn’t send it and didn’t notify me. Offered to send a different item and assured me it would arrive before Mother’s Day, because at this point it’s too late to order elsewhere in time. I agree. It does indeed show up the day before Mother’s Day. BUT the entire arrangement is moldy, slimy and smells horrible! She had to throw them away. Contacted customer service again and asked for my money back. Was told a refund was processed and it would be 10 business days to post. I waited the full 10 days, no refund. Contacted customer service AGAIN and was told the refund was never processed. They told me again they would process the refund and finally it did show up 5 days later. Seriously, think long and hard before ordering from this place. Each time I had to contact customer service it was over an hour spent dealing with them. It’s just not worth it

If I could give negative stars I would. Flowers never got delivered and was refused a refund. I usually never write reviews , but Nicole was no help and was rude.

DONT COME HERE!!!Horrible service the manager is shit. I bought some flowers and 2 days later half of them were already dead so I went back to see if I can get new flowers or get my money back, they didn't do either.i asked for the manager and he was even more shity than him own employees. I would put no stars but it doesn't let me. DONT COME HEREEEE!!!!

I’ve order two sets of flowers on their website to be delivered and paid over $200. They delivered the flowers in a box!!!!! It does not look like a pretty arrangement. Plus one of them had chocolate covered strawberries which the delivery driver left at the office front desk instead of delivering to the recepient’s door. She received the package a day later and had to look for it. The entire experience was bad!

If I could give less than a star, I would. I ordered a $300 arrangement for my father-in-law’s funeral. They had nothing with blue at the funeral home so I ordered something from this business for the service. It was not delivered by 4pm as I requested. At 6:30pm, I was informed it was delivered WHILE I was at the funeral home. We looked everywhere. The funeral home confirmed it was never delivered. I spoke with customer service and was told it would be delivered two days later which was AFTER the funeral. I spoke to another customer service rep who promised to have it delivered by 11am the next day. Imagine my surprise when I arrive to the funeral home and it was not delivered. I requested my money back after the funeral and then received two more texts later that day stating it was delivered. I confirmed with the funeral home it was in fact not delivered. My husband’s boss also used this business for flowers and they were not received either. I will NEVER use 1-800-Flowers ever again. As a working professional, I will make sure everyone in my business knows my story so that it doesn’t happen to another grieving family.

Will never use again. Ordered flower for my best friend since it was the anniversary of her father's death and they did not have the flowers I ordered. They called to let me know the can substitute it with other flowers but failed to mention it would be the next day before it would be delivered. This was my first time using them and it will be my last.

First off I placed an order here dispite the reviews because my delivery date was in the time frame I needed it to be. My purchase was NEVER delivered. I spoke to the 24 hour chat that gave me a secondary number to call, Edgar was his name from “purchase verification” department. He’s rude, had ZERO customer service skills. I really hope it was a recorded line. Problem number 2 he said they were processing a refund because my billing information was incorrect but YET they still took it out my account! I asked for verification of a refund but was told “we don’t do that” I will NEVER EVER ORDER ANYTHING FRKM THIS BUSINESS. I want a refund and NOTHING to do with company ever again

Ordered flowers for Mothers Day. Not delivered when promised. Called the day before mothers day and said they would be delivered that day which did not happen. Called again on mothers day and was told that arrangement was not available for that area. So no flowers for mom. Will never use again. You have a 50/50 chance on them fulfilling the order.

I did my order on may 9 to be delivered on may 10 and still it hasn’t been delivered, I contacted customer service and told me that they would redeliver until May 14 , I am so mad right now, why is the system taking orders if you can’t delivery on time ?

This is the worst florist there is! Look at the arrangement online photo below compared the the bunches of flowers I recieved. The photos speak for themselves!! Do not waste your money. I threw them in the trash

Ordered last week. Supposed to deliver today for a special occasion and now it's delivering late, arriving tomorrow. Notice says it's due to conditions beyond their control. How does a flower delivery service fail on the delivery?
