Ordered a christmas center piece and got nothing what the pic was post to be didn't send what they advertisers and very disappointed with what they sent then want to offer you a$20 off your next purchase but why would I order again if you didn't make it right the first time and gave a parshal payment back so the pic on the left is what I got and on the right is what it was supposed to look like

Ordered flowers for next day and they let me know at 4pm day of that they did not have flowers for my order. Left me with no other options since for a party that night. Awful!

We ordered online to send a relative flowers in Georgia for their birthday. The tracking said they originated from Atlanta and only one 1800 flowers came up near there. The price online said it was typically over 70$ for 2 dozen red roses and 59.99 was the discount when that was the typical price. They processed the order on 12/11/24 and it was to be delivered 12/12/24 no expedited or extra shipping cost required. Then it got stuck somewhere and did not get delivered the day of the birthday. Called customer service line who couldn't tell us the status of the delivery but offered to resend the order free. By 12/14/24 the first package was finally going to be delivered so i immediately cancelled the replacement. Thankfully they hadn't charged my card again even though the customer service guy said it would be free that was probably a lie as we caught in him in a lie or two over the phone.That would have totaled around $160. If i hadn't kept on top of the tracking of the original order I would have been stuck because I did not even receive an email when it was delivered. If i would have forgotten about it and waited till the 17th for the replacement was delivered then the product would have been out of their hands and refund would have been unlikely. We never had problems ordering before to the same area 1-2 years ago now i don't trust 1 800 flowers with my hard earned money.

what stupid customer service - they do not take accountability for the companies they work with, they just pass you around. Never sticked on a scheduled time, cancelled my orders for not having a supply, but if I want to cancel an order I just placed, no sir, that's not possible.
This is the end of the road for us, 1800flowers. Sad you could not do better.

Many issues with the website in terms of loading. Spent 2 days trying to place an order only to have the website shut down twice will trying to enter shipping and payment information. Would not recommend this company if you're needing flowers delivered in a few days.

Please please please if you are able to find a local florist please use them instead of this scam. I ordered 100 dollars worth of flowers and never received them. I spoke with their customer service and was informed they would rectify the issue, after the second time I didn’t receive the flowers. The company refused to give me a refund. So I lost my 100 dollars. Again if at all possible please find another florist!!

They said it would be here by 8pm it's after 8pm now. My wife now thinks I didn't get her anything for our anniversary. I will never order from them again. I should have looked at the reviews. I guess there is a reason why they have a 1.2 star rating.

This arrangement was not really arranged. They charge like they are actually creating flower arrangements that would be considered a masterpiece. Not worth the money. This was what I received for my birthday no effort.

I would leave 0 stars if I could. I ordered a boutonniere and corsage for homecoming for my son. The flowers never came. When I called they told me they couldn’t fulfill my order the day of the dance, everywhere else wasn’t taking any orders. I made my own it was so stressful

Ordered a floral arrangement from 1800flowers. It was to be for a funeral the following day. Everything was confirmed and they took my payment. The following day it occurred to me that I had not had a receipt of delivery. Looked up the order and it said “Confirmed” but should have been delivered several hours earlier. Got on their chat and was informed “ Thank you very much for your patience. I have reviewed the order and unfortunately it could not be delivered due to the service time. Florists make deliveries starting from 9am until 5pm. I am very sorry for the inconvenience. I can offer you a partial refund and a redelivery In another date”! Umm, are you kidding me? It was supposed to be for a funeral. Those only happen once. I don’t need it another day. Why was I not notified that the delivery wasn’t possible? Completely unprofessional and horrible business. Super frustrated.
