Unbelievable Top notch Customer service! I had water damage/rot around the door frame. I sent email asking "what can I do to prevent this"? Their response: "nothing, we'lll come fix it" . The very next day they were in route to my house with a brand new door frame and door. These guys took the time to make some minor adjustments and do a 100% quality check. It was less than 24 hours from the time of my request l to the time they were on site fixing the issue. Great quality, great service, couldn't ask for more! Hands down way more than expected and I highly recommend SmartShed of Lavonia, GA

I am just speechless how they handle the job of moving my shed. 2 days before I hired a company that turned my shed sideways left it in there and left. I was very concerned and upset. Called Mr Taylor and his amazing team and driver Tyler very respectful heard our concerns and took the shed from Lawrenceville to Conyers. And on top offered to fix the shed!!Great job guys Thankyou so much for your help. Highly recommended

I was skeptical of what the quality could/would be considering the prices. Well I’m totally convinced that they can build, deliver and install a high quality product at a good price.We purchased a 12’ x24’ garage. Our salesman in Murphy, NC, Billy, was fantastic and so helpful. The delivery and installation person, Chad was top notch. I could not be happier with all phases of this process.There was even a snafu where the electrical was overlooked but Chad came to the site and installed the electrical at the same cost as if it was done at the factory. Thank you Tayler.We are going to purchase more of these sheds/garages for various purposes as time goes on.

I purchased a shed that had been returned, the day it was delivered I went inside and there was picture hanging on the wall of the Joker. I removed the picture and behind it was a colony of Carpenter Ants. I asked for them to have the building exterminated and they refused. My concern is what damage have they caused. I asked about trading out and they said I could but I would have to pay another down payment and I would lose the money I paid for this building. I have posted picture's of the Ants. Beware of this company.

I had a barn from this company. Wasnt able to afford it anymore. Told them that. They took 6 months to come get it, and drug my truck into the street and left it sitting in the middle of the road so the city can tow it. Y'all are so fantastic and professional.Service: Barn design & building

Too many cooks ruin the stew but despite some miscommunications and inaccurate expectations smartshed doubled down to get it the way mama liked it. Raised and re leveled and even installed another double pane tinted window while they stopped by. Must be a few saints working there somewhere. should review the concept of symmetry sometime tho

I was highly impressed from purchase to install through and through. The initial purchase from Curtis @ the Belton lot was very simple and he was such a great guy, really helped in the decision and best bang for the buck in our case. He was very understanding and helpful. Delivery fella, I think named Emerson, was the most personable friendly down to earth guy and was very fluent in what he does, you can tell he actually likes his job and the interaction with his customers. That alone goes to say a lot!
