I worked with Zach and he was great! For me , it's after the sale that counts. Since I purchased used there were a few minor things I wanted fixed. Zach took care of it. They brought my car to me when it was done, filled with gas, and impeccably detailed. I experienced some issues with my brakes and took it back for servicing. They weren't able to get the parts right away so they picked it up on Monday from my home, serviced it, and delivered it back to me Monday evening. I've never had a car buying experience so customer focused! I would definitely purchase from them again. However, there's only one thing that poses an issue, THEY'RE LOCATED 2 HOURS FROM WHERE I LIVE! LOL! Which also attributes to the service they provided me. I live in Stockbridge, GA and they're wayyyy up in Cleveland, GA. But I would definitely recommend them for anyone looking to not just purchase a car, but for excellent service as well. Service department really delivered! I love my vehicle.

I purchased a used truck from them on July 13 that was certified gold and came with the warranty. The truck still does run correctly and started breaking down and intersections a week after I bought it. They took it in for repair twice and every time it is come back it has not been fixed and I have also found additional issues with the truck. Now,They are not returning my phone calls and when they do now they’re making promises to fix it, but then don’t follow up and do not call back and I’m stuck with a truck that breaks down.

Absolutely Love dealing with any of the John Megel dealerships the Chevrolet or the Ford. They always give me the greatest experience and its always quick and easy buying anything from them. There about the only dealership where I have trusted the service department I know they care and want the best for your vehicle. These will be the only dealerships I will ever buy anything from, throughout my life.
