“The employees here are always friendly and helpful. I have had my unit for a few years, no problems. I have rented two units over the phone, therefore I am unsure what a previous reviewer is mentioning, that is not my experience with them. I have lost my key multiple times, they quickly get a locksmith out so I can get a new lock. They are very gracious to late rent. Yes, a late fee but you know your unit is safely there and not being taken away. If there is any confusion, they are always happy to assist me.”

Ive never used a storage unit so upfront and quick, every phone call was handled thoroughly and I was never left guessing anything with billing or move out. The monthly text alerts for billing was very helpful as well. Definitely don’t pass this place up if you are looking for a safe & secure storage unit near Moody AFB!”
