I absolutely love this salon. All the stylist there are amazing! They are very friendly and welcoming! Amanda is my stylist I’ve used her for five years now. She cuts my whole family’s hair. She does an amazing job. My daughter who is 9 with autism is very funny about her hair and very particular about her style haircut and Amanda is great with her! Ashley absolutely loves her! I highly recommend this salon and all the stylist especially our stylist Amanda!

amanda has done my hair for years and she has always done an amazing job. i love her to death. she is very easy to talk to, she’s a great listener and if you ever see she missed something she has no problem to fixing it.

This review makes me sad to write because my stylist Amanda was super sweet and fun to chat with BUT my hair came out terribly. Truly the worst haircut I've ever had and clearly completely botched. ? I went in with mid-back length hair with long overgrown layers. I wanted some more layers and a light trim. She did a good job on the trim but I don't even know how she possibly did this poorly on my layers. It looks like a child chopped away at my hair with dull scissors. She also did absolutely nothing with the bottom half of my hair, no layers or anything so it just hangs straight and awkward after the horrible layers. I'm afraid I might have to chop it to salvage this situation. After 4 years of growing it out I am heartbroken. ? I don't know what went wrong, especially since this place has such good reviews, but I am ONLY giving 2 stars because she was genuinely kind and easy to talk with, otherwise it would be less than 1. Really hope they fix the issue so this doesn't happen to anyone else.

I have been going to Kris for over a year now & she is the absolute best! She takes her time & is awesome with color & highlights. She took me from a brunette to blonde & my hair feels & looks the healthiest it’s ever been. She makes sure you are 100% satisfied & happy before you leave. I'm from Valdosta but live in SC now. Needed a place to get my hair cut and colored. Amanda was very quick to call back and schedule my appointment. Even changed the date to better accommodate me. I love the color and style. I will definitely be back next time I'm in town.

What a lovely first Visit at Tangled Salon with Sarah today. I spent over 4 hours there today and loved every minute. Thank you Sarah for fixing my nightmare of a mess! You were so patient and totally corrected my hair extentions. Probably one of The Best Salon visits of my life, Sara is a fine hair expert. I wish I had gone here years ago. I’ve been to Sublime, Whimsy, Serendipity, and the Urban Revival, even Hair on Earth in Tallahassee, they all destroyed my hair and charge a lot just because of their location and a lot of the girls that work there were fresh out of school. None of them compete with the level of professionalism and service here, even the “Master Stylists” don’t. Sarah actually listens and does what you want and what’s best for your hair. A lot of hair stylists will say they know what to do with fine hair, and then ruin your hair because they actually don’t. I was very nervous to try again. This was the first salon visit I haven’t regretted in years. I only wish I had gone here sooner. It is definitely worth the drive to Lake Park.
