The Truck Service department should ALL be fired. Not willing to help anyone and are all standing around talking trying to figure out how to get out of work. WORST TA I’ve ever experienced.

I wanted to use my points for a purchase and the young white male cashier didn't know what to do to use my points. He was also slow at checking everyone out and didn't bother calling for help when he had a line of at least 10 people.

Been here since 10am it’s now 6pm all I needed was two tires changed
I DO NOT RECOMMEND ‼️
Was told it would be 1-2 hours
Checked in about 4 different times
At one time the whole shift left now I’m here with the afternoon shift
Terrible service, nice people though
Update! Waited 8hrs 30 mins
Rude night shift staff!
Waiting cost me 2300 and I now have to stay the weekend in FL !!!!!!!! WHAT THE HELLL BRO!
Look at the reviews!! They don’t give a damn!

Avoid unless you want to wait 10+ hours for simple repairs. Lord have mercy - good luck if you’re needing something more “extensive” - nor would I trust their abilities to do nothing more than change a tire!
Terrible communication & absolutely zero consideration for a drivers time.
Literally got in bay after being told to pull in & it’s been over 35 mins & still no one has even come out once! Had to call & let them know before rude girl @ desk told me to give her a min & she will let tech know. “Tech” came out, walked around trailer & had yet to be seen since.
Good luck drivers.
May as well use their tools & do it yourself as they’ll never know per their absence.

Place is an absolute hole. Bathrooms were filthy. Pulled off to go to Popeyes and the credit machine did not work. She told me it didn’t work before I even tried it and I used three different cards. Took the exit in order to navigate a filthy store and a bathroom so bad that it could’ve been an inner city gas station only to end up without the thing I came off the highway for in the first place.. I might’ve done myself a favor if the restaurant is as bad as the store anyway.

I want to express my deep frustration with the service I received during a recent emergency. I had a tire blowout at 1:00 AM and contacted your service for assistance. From the start, communication was vague and unhelpful. I was repeatedly told that the technician who could fix the tire was out on a call. That same explanation was given over the course of five hours with no progress or updates.
When a technician finally arrived, he spent time going back and forth to a gas station rather than addressing the issue. When I asked him directly about changing the tire, he casually stated that the next shift would have to handle it—because he was getting off work in 30 minutes. His tone and attitude were dismissive and unprofessional.
This is absolutely not how people in need of help should be treated—especially in the middle of the night. I was left waiting for hours, only to be told my issue wasn’t going to be addressed by the person on-site. The lack of urgency, communication, and basic courtesy was unacceptable.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously. No one should be left stranded and dismissed like that, especially when they’ve reached out for help and been told it’s coming.

Pumps don’t work. Night staff incompetent. I asked to speak to the manager and she said no maam it’s 3 am. There should bebe a supervisor on call when I staff member doesn’t know how to work the computer.
