I have 3 accounts at the lake Park Branch and have never had an issue. It isn't their fault if you can't manage your money. Great Bank and Great People.

Worst banking experience ever at this bank!! On January 3, 2023 I checked my account online I saw that I had a negative balance -1600.00. So I called the 800 customer service number to see what was going on. I was given a claim number and I'm still waiting to hear from that. So I went to the branch near Office Max I was then informed that another customer had set up to have $100 deposited into their account weekly, but the brilliant teller ended up using my account number. Mind you in September 2022, I called the 800 number inquiring why $100 was being deposited into my account I was told it was over draft protection. I was like really?! I don't remember signing up for that and how do you know how much to take. She them said you can lower the I said you can let it stay. I have a few accounts there and I was a shop alcoholic that's why it kinda made sense. But wouldn't you think that comment would be a red flag for the bank?! Nooooo! When the other customer realized she wasn't receiving the money that when they found the error. Do you think anyone called me to warn me the would be taking 1600.00 out of my account NO they didn't!! Thank goodness I rarely used that account. Then they have the nerve to send me over draft notices. DO NOT USE THiS BANK!! Worst Customer Service Ever. Oh and I was told by a bank employee at the Lake Park, GA branch the 800 and bank don't communicate ? What's the purpose of having it then. I guess they don't audit their transactions.

We have used this bank sence we moved here and has had a great relationship with them. Very friendly people.

The customer service towards African Americans at this location is less than mediocre. I went into the bank to pay an overcharge. The introduction of the first teller was less than friendly and the vibe these women give off are less than any other place I have been in my life. I felt like I was on the set of "The Help". Amber Gordon was so rude, cold, and distant. Plus she lied to me about 3rd Party check deposits, thinking I was uneducated on FDIC banking policies. SMH. Staff makeover needed! If it wasnt for my overcharge I would have left this 1632 mentality institution. And I am lining up my affairs to do so. So here's to 100 plus years later and people are still racist bigots!
