“Never had any issues with anyone or their professionalism. However, I wish they would stay open until 6 on Fridays. My husband's job is old school and doesn't do direct deposit. So, because they close at the same time my husband gets off work we are only left to wait until Monday to deposit his pay check. It's quite inconvenient.”

“Not a customer but I felt I needed to share my very positive experience with Bank OZK (A local bank that I had never heard of). We are staying at a local RV park and needed to find some quarters for the laundry. Bank OZK was the first bank we saw and decided that we would ask if they would exchange our bills for coins even though we were not customers. Unsurprisingly, the very nice African American lady (whose name I did not get) said that service was for customers only, but after I told her what I needed the coins for, she said how many do you need?! She graciously gave me 2 rolls of quarters, which should last us for the remainder of our cross country road trip. Great service, great bank! I highly recommend!!”
