I bought a swivel rocker recliner with protection coverage at a extra cost. I spent around 550.00. Now that I’m having a problem with the chair a couple months later, I called to have a service man come out. They took the info and said someone would call me. I’ve waited over a week, no response. I’ve called the store again and left messages, I’ve had no return call. You might want to rethink a purchase with this location

We have been looking for a new living room set and have used Turners furniture for the past few years, I was only approved for 2,000 at turners after never missing a payment and have bought a sectional and a king size mattress. We went to Badcock and was approved for 4500 and had an awesome sales rep helping us. She went over the top to make sure we were happy so I definitely recommend Badcock furniture in Lake Park, Ga.

Very dishonest Babcock store. I purchased a lawn mower. The clerk told me to get no interest I was required to put $360 down and that is what I did. She folded the paperwork up, put it in an envelope and handed it to me. I looked at it later and saw an additional charge of $349. I went back to the store to inquire. The clerk stated it was an extended warranty of which she added without my knowledge. I had it removed. Upon receiving my 2nd statement I discovered a charge of $21.28 for an insurance premium of which I also did not sign for or authorized. I called customer service and they removed that charge and cancelled the insurance. I was advised I would have had to agreed, signed for it and receive a copy. None of this transpired. Anyone knows that Babcock has a high purchase price on their products and this type of deception is absolutely dishonest. I would never buy another thing from this Babcock store and not recommend anyone else to trust this crooked store.

We bought a 1800 dollar sectional couch. When it was delivered the wedge was damaged. 6 months later still waiting for a new wedge. I have spoke to the warranty lady and the repair man has been out. But still no new wedge, terrible service.

I have nothing but good things to say about this Badcock in lake Park Georgia. These folks have helped me help myself on many occasion. Thanks for an ole fashioned customer service experience that sells and keeps a business in business for a long time.

During Black Friday week, I was given 2 different prices for a recliner that I was interested in. One price was 100.00$ less than originally qyoted. I watched the gentleman look it up. Charged 100.00 higher. Will never shop there again

Great place to do business! The financing is easy, the prices are fair and the employees are very courteous and helpful. Got a new washer and had it home in less than a half a day..I highly recommended this place!
