“Store was ok as far as offerings and cleanliness. Not sure if the young lady working had gone on break or what but it lowkey felt like she was still hanging at the register to monitor me and my kiddo. Like I'm sure people do take things and little kids pick up items while the parent isn't looking, but my kid is not that kid and I'm not that unassuming parent. We also walked up to her register, because she was still standing there, and she didn't even say "oh, sorry, I'm closed, he will take you next" just stood there staring until we moved over to the other register. The young man, however, was nice enough but also didn't treat my kid like the customer. It makes it very difficult to teach kids how to have interactions like that and build their confidence when the employee just views them as a child and not a person that's growing and learning to navigate the world.”

“As far as the sales who doesn't love a Rainbow. Alot of prices have raised drastically so we stick with the clearance and Rainbow never disappoints. This actual location we have seen many come and go. The current manager too much on the push clothes hangers while customers are shopping It's ok your doing your job looking for empty hangers etc but could you space it out some . It's rude and your body language, tone entire vibe makes it a hostile environment. Everyone DOES NOT STEAL. If anyone wanted to there's nothing you could do to stop it. All stores want sales but with so many Rainbows in the city be mindful if we choose different locations due to bad customer service. Also overheard the manager say "We made 1,100 in sales this morning ppl spending them cards Kemp sent".GHETTO some of us are making more than you.”
