“So look when you are a women it can be scary or hesitant experience dealing with your car. But I have to give Jay’s there kudos, because it is truly a safe space. I bought 4 tires a year and an half ago, at a great price. I have had to go back for 2 tire plugs, rotation, and a tire sensor issue and I have paid nothing. The entire staff is pleasant, knowledgeable, but most importantly attentive. The waiting area is clean, and I have never had a long wait. The young lady who seems to “conduct” the operation is sharp. “I had a slow leak in my tire, and was referred to Patrick by Big Mike. The first tire he sold me was loosing air too by the next morning so I called him and he told me to bring back the tire for a swap. He showed me that the reason for my leak on both tires was a bent rim. He fixed the issue, swapped out the tires, and even helped me fix the knocking sound under my hood(which was low oil) at no extra cost!!! I will definitely be back again.”
