“Hands down the best shop I’ve ever been to! I highly recommend them. I’m a single female and my car died so I had it towed here on a Saturday. They were super friendly over the phone and informed me that they most likely wouldn’t be able to look at my car until Tuesday. I appreciate being given reasonable expectations so I could plan accordingly. To my pleasant surprise I received a call/text that my car was ready for pick up. They even stayed after closing so I could pick it up. My car is 10 years old so I was bracing for bad news/big expense however it was just overdue oil change & the cost was very reasonable!! “I called this place after being told it would cost me $1500 to repair a leaky power steering hose at another location. As it turns out, after taking my vehicle to X-pert Auto Care, the power steering pump was faulty, but the hose was fine. I was charged half of what I was quoted at the other shop. The repair was completed the same day. Keith was great! He answered the phone on the first ring. I told him my issues and he told me when I could bring the car in. After I dropped it off, he told me what the problem was and didn't try to tack on additional unnecessary repairs. I'll be bringing my vehicles X-Pert Auto Care from now on.”
