this was literally my first apartment and I would definitely recommend. socorra (spell check) was so sweet the entire process as well as Ms. Marie. i never left my review so I had to come back lol because this is definitely a great place to live!

I hate it here ..Rules and payments are only for certain people (Dog Fees) constantly going up on rent for no reason I moved in a renovated apartment with the renovated price and rent still rising.( For what tho) They getting pest control money MONTHLY but you have to call and sign up to have them come spray the bathroom with water (FREE MONEY) when the apartments are invested with rollie police bugs all summer. they don't refund you if you don't sign up so I guess your money is donated to the rent office .smh..Housing is so hard to find within affordable pricing but I PROMISE these people will NOT get anymore of my hard earned money when this lease is up I'M GONE !!..and YES I PAY MY RENT ON TIME NEVER BEEN LATE THE 2 YEARS I'VE LIVED HERE!....

Before I moved in, my deck needed repairs. I am so happy to share that my entire deck was replaced. I am very happy with the results. I get plenty of compliments how nice it is.

I am an amputee and they have been so good and accommodating to me. I am new to ga. And MS. Scoro has been wonderful to meet my needs with an out of state move in.. They are the best. The whole staff including the grounds and maintenance dept...5 stars
