Horrible customer service fortunately there is a competitor right across the street. Gave them my code paint was ready in 15mins the two gentlemen were patient and attentive. Go across the street they could teach a thing or two about customer service.

The prices are right around double of most places. I understand materials are going up, but 80 dollars for their house brand hardener when summit racing has theirs for 37 seems not even in the same ballpark. And incredibly slow service that usually won’t acknowledge when you step into the store. I freelance out of a shop just around the corner and find myself driving to summit and still getting my supplies faster and cheaper.

For sometime now, I’ve had a couple of horrible customer service here at this location. Every time I come into the shop, this particular light-skinned dude always has his guard up with an unfriendly demeanor. The last experience was the worst - I walked into the shop and this same guy told me (with a very straight face) that I would have to wait for about 3- 4hrs to get my paint mixed. I tried to explain to him that I had driven about 40mins to get there, he didn’t even care to help. At least I could have been able to wait for about 1hr. He only kept repeating these lines over and over ‘ I don’t mean to be rude but there is nothing I can do’. Thankfully for me, I called a friend who told me there is another paint shop right across the street from this location. I got to there and it took less than 15mins to get my paint ready. I’ve been a customer at Sherwin Williams for a while now, if for any reason I need to get paint at this shop again (which I doubt), I would ask for a more civilized person who understands some basic principle about human -relations.

I gave this sherwin-Williams 5 stars Because Nathan did not allow me to leave with with out finding a color that matched my car … I only needed my bumper n trunk painted but it’s a custom paint …. Over all I thank him very much??

The guy at the counter was very friendly. I heard rumors about the paint taking 1 hour to be ready, but that wasnt the case. The paing was ready within 15 of me choosing the color. Very good service.

I buy 3 quart of paint,for $359.70 They gave me the wrong color, I have to pay $87 more to get the right one , Just not fear

Thank you Tony...you made what started off as a very bad experience more tolerable! I have since made my paint purchase online but I will be back for equipment. Please remind your colleague that listening to customers is crucial and that we have alternatives! Her handling of my entire inquiry was horrible. I sincerely hope she's NOT the manager. To make me wait to take care several other customers in the middle of my inquiry without asking if I minded then to interrupt once you remedied the situation without excusing herself to me drove off a $600 paint sale and if it wasn't for you this review would have been 100% worse.
