Staff is not helpful. They just point at the aisle and say “that’s all we have”. I have to show them the part on their website so they can check in the back. They have no interest in doing their job.

Horrible customer serviceI called while in route to the location, 10 minutes away. They left me on hold so long that I walked in the store still on hold to see five people walking behind the counter. I walked up to one person that had on a Napa shirt and as soon as I said excuse me sir and started to ask him a question he cut me off and said I don’t work here I just came to see my wife and grabbed a lady walking bye and started hugging her so inappropriateLong story short it was a waste of time even traveling over there for this experienceI would never go back
