I went to this Kroger and for some reason this store seems very unclean, specifically the floor and has an old smell. I rarely shop here; however, I did pop in to renew my car registration on the DMV kiosk. The kiosk charge a 20% fee to use it, plus $3.95 on a $20 registration fee is highway robbery. It also charges a fee for using a debit credit card. Kroger is one. of the top corporate chains controlling the cost of groceries in the U.S and I am disappointed in the pricing structure. I find the prices above average for grocery stores. This store needs a complete overhaul.

It is sad to say that my neighborhood Kroger is going to lose my business, went there this morning and was so disappointed. I have been disappointed before by either stocking or Quality control. And today I fought myself wanting to go to fayetteville instead of just around the corner. But walking out of there, reiterated everything I’ve seen over the last couple of months. Actually took a manager aside and showed him how temperatures were not the same in the coolers. And he gave me some lame excuse saying that things were about to be changed around anyway and it’s fine. Well, I’m here to tell you. It’s not fine. I would never buy meat there and other things were questionable as well. You see one freezer door that has condensation all over it, the next one has ice like they’ve defrosted it and it’s just sitting there for the world to see. And then you see others that have no condensation at all. In the fruits and vegetables their fruit is always over ripe to where you can’t even enjoy fresh fruit anymore. It is definitely not the people who work there as far as their sympathy day-to-day customer service. It is about somebody’s job not being just opening a box and putting things on the shelf. Or managers possibly going behind employees to see jobs that were done or not done. There’s an older gentleman that always is getting carts in the parking lot and he is such a sweetheart. Again, the people who work there are nice as all get out, but I guess it’s not the employees that I see on a regular that are not doing their job. I guess it’s either overnight staff or middle of the day or something but again it still leads back to the manager not following up on what was done and what was not. How things are presented and what it looks like. If you wouldn’t buy it, why would I? We spend way too much money on groceries and I refuse to waste any more of my money at this particular Kroger.

In and out find what I was looking for,but they had a sign on the Duncan Hines milk creamy chocolate icing buy one get one free I paid for both of mine that's why I was advertisement but I ain't feel like going through the house so I went on about it

I left some paper towels in my cart. And I called back to see if I could come back and retrieve them they said no and with a recipe. I am done with Kroger

I had a great experience at Kroger. Every time I come in, Dylan is always friendly and goes out of his way to assist. He’s consistently helpful and makes shopping here a lot easier. Appreciate the great customer service!

I don’t like leaving 1 star reviews I know how damaging they are but somebody plzzzzzzz keep Bianca from behind the guest care desk… move like she don’t have a care in the world 😂😂currently standing here 20 mins I was 2nd in line lol 6 people behind me 🫣

Joyce was my cashier, I did a return & she put my balance on a gift card. I did not have my receipt on me but, I was willing to go get it because I thought I could use the receipt given in the app. Definitely should give customers the option to receive their money back, not just give them a gift card , because u wanted to rush the transaction.

Never can find help when needed also you can never get anyone on the phone in any of their departments smh, this is awful and I be shopping at a Kroger more further out.

Let's talk about rude. I went to the deli department to get a sandwich and the lady behind the counter named Charlotte was rude. She was on a personal call and acted as though I was bothering her. When I attempted to call and let management know of my experience, the person that answered the phone hung up on me. This is the worst Kroger I've ever been to and I have been going to Kroger for 40 years and I've never had this experience. The bathrooms always smell like hot urine and always dirty. This Kroger sucks.

I no longer shop here because they won't accept my card at the pump(it is obviously set way high, above 100 dollars or more by a fair amount) and when I go to pay at the window, there is nobody there. I knocked on the glass and tried to wait for someone to show up, but as this isn't the 1rst time this has happened, I have to finally call it quits I'm afraid. So long 'this kroger' my wife hates the store for reasons pertaining to the inside, so... do with that what you wish. Zero stars

I just left Not long again around 1:00Pm the lady at the check out older older older lady. She kept checking and joking around like if we wasn’t going to pay. Made us feel some type of way. Never coming again
