I arrived at 12:30 to get a sandwich from the Deli. I was told that it would be 20 minutes for sliced meat. I ask why and she told me she had to put out the hot items. I then said that I want a sandwich. I was told that I couldn’t get one even though I saw all the items out. I asked why and they lady looked at me like I didn’t have the right to ask questions. She asked me to repeat my question and she said the person left the sandwich area. 12:30 is right in the middle of lunchtime. RIDICULOUS!!!

Always nice people we'll the last 5 outta 6 times but I can understand her frustration but I killed with kindness. You never know what people are going through. Sometimes extend grace or won't hurt you and if might change their day.

Today i got to purchase rancid salmon for 19.31 and because I wouldn’t want anyone else to have that experience I called the store to let them know they should check it. If I smelled it and it’s at your “fresh” seafood counter there’s absolutely no way that you didn’t. I asked for a manager and spoke with Devin Parks, he didn’t care. He said “I’ll check it out” and gave no apology for the inconvenience of me having to go to another Kroger to return it. This is why we shop at Publix, horrid experience and customer service at this Kroger, please avoid.

Went to Lake City Kroger in Morrow for Kroger peeled deveined peeled shrimp and the refrigerator was empty of the bag I was looking for. Asked the male the was stocking if the had any in the back and he stated “No!” So I picked another brand but continued to shop in the store. Noted the stocker watching me as I shopped! After about 15 minutes I went back to the refrigerator case and what I asked for was now in the fridge! I asked him why did he lie when I asked him earlier if he had what I asked for earlier and he stated “I thought you were talking about another Kroger brand.” I told him if that was what I wanted I would not have been asking him for anything. So I got the shrimp and went to check out this was earlier on Saturday morning before 8am but the manager Ms Hazel was in the building. I explained to her what happened and she stated she would handle it and I asked her to address it while I was present. She went to the back where the man was stocking and they were having a conversation. There was another witness to what I had asked earlier but he quickly disappeared when I came to the back. I knew the manager and the stocker were having a not so positive conversation about me and I told them if the conversation continued I would call the police and file charges for slander and the stocker said “Please do.” Now I’m looking at the manager and asking her if this is how your employees talk to the customers. She stated she would handle it! Kroger at Lake City Morrow has some of the worst customer service ever and it is not being addressed! Management is part of the problem!!!

Ms. Teresa was so helpful & had so much patience with me since this was my first time using my WIC & she informed me on so much more than I already didn’t know anybody it. I’d choose her to be my cashier everytime if I could.

I usually get ribs at this location, but this past weekend they were really fatty and greasy. Good taste but greasy.

Kroger has everything you need. My favorite grocery store. If you like fresh fruits and vegetables & well stocked shelves, a huge variety meats, chicken and fish to select from. Friendly and helpful staff to help you, Kroger is your place to shop. The only place I grocery shop.
04/11/24 Update no changes Kroger is still doing what they do best.

I need an electric scooter in order to shop. They had NONE available to use. My personal opinion is that it’s imperative that Kroger stores keep their electric carts charged and available for use by the public at all times. No way in hell every electric scooter in their store is being used by customers at the same time!

Good prices are starting 2 be competitive with surrounding stores like Food depot & whole sales food. Actually because wholesale foods has closed, and food depot charges an additional 10% at the register.... Kroger has come out on top.
