I’ve had great customer service experiences here, especially from one of the younger employees who’s always polite and efficient at checkout. You can tell the team takes pride in keeping the store tidy and running smoothly.
Prices are unbeatable (as always), but the atmosphere at this location really stands out. Definitely my go-to Dollar Tree when I’m in the area!”

She went above and beyond to help my Mom who was visiting from Boston she misplaced her ID and began to panicked Denise assured her everything would be ok, but she had to stay calm. “This location is huge and well stocked. I found what I was looking for and more. I loved that Dollar Tree has stepped up they're offerings and has great seasonal decorations. They also have a great gardening section!This location was neat and wasn't too too busy for a Sunday afternoon and opened up a 2nd cashier lane when the line became increasingly long. I also love that its across from Home Depot too!”
“Visited on Valentine’s Day for snacks and a cute bag. I realized I was last minute but man were they efficient. They had 2 registers open and 2 ladies at the balloon station and were blowing those balloons up very quickly and getting people out the door. On a day that was so busy this store was very efficient with expediting transactions while still having great customer service.”
“This is the cleanest and most organized dollar tree. Customer service is superb the manager and staff should train staff at the other location in Stockbridge. I drive further from my home just to shop at this location. The manager takes pride in her store and staff. Kudos!”
“I went yesterday, and the aisles were clean and clear from anything blocking the walkway for the most part. The shelves were really organized and looked fully stocked, especially the aisle in the back with the containers and lids. I started to take a Pic because it was just pretty. The outside looked a little sketchy, but I didn't want to stop again, so I still went inside, and I was pleasantly surprised. Everyone was nice and professional.”

“I travel over 25 minutes just to come to this family store in Ellenwood, and it's all because of the amazing service I get here. I want to give a special shout-out to the Assistant Store Manager, Ms. Tee. She is so sweet, helpful, and full of positive energy—she lights up the whole room!
Since she started working here, the store has completely changed for the better. Before Ms. Tee came, the store was really unkempt, but now it’s clean and welcoming. I actually look forward to coming in, and I find myself shopping here more often.
Ms. Tee is a great example for young people—her work ethic, attitude, and spirit are something to look up to. I’d encourage any young person to follow in her footsteps!”

“I’ve had mostly good experiences. Even today, I was rushing to grab some milk and accidentally dropped some milk. An employee with dreadlocks insured me that it was okay, no matter how many times I offered to clean it myself. Really cool dude and honestly the nicest service I’ve had so far.”

“All family dollar stores are the same. Some good, some bad, such is life. Take the best part. On 1/25/23, this store, one of my locals had what I needed nd I'd been to sum competitors w/o success. For the most part when I've visited, it has been that way. It's also very convenient, so 5stars.”

“This place has been rebuilt in the inside and I really like it. There are now more options but a lot of times they go out of stock quickly. The cashiers walk around the site a lot so you have tell them that you are ready to pay. Love the affordability and choices tho. Get the app to save a few more bucks”
