There seemed to be some miscommunication over the phone. I went to New York and drop off overnight for a coolant leak diagnostic. They likey misheard me and only understood I had an issue with my AC, but either way their was no way, if they did a proper recharg, my car r would have overheated in thier care as it did me ever time inran the AC... As I attempt to explain my car situation over the phone on a plane. Once I returned to ATL I can back to an expensive AC recharge, I didn't even bother trying to explain after my 1st attempt, Johnny wasn't going for it. So I paid, I left and headed to Alex The Car Doctor. After 3 shops - Alex was the only one who got me on the road right.
3 stars for the possibilities of a misunderstanding and simply not listening to your customers confusion.

I go to Complete Auto Care for all of my auto repair needs. Mr. Johnny is great. He is honest and fair, and he gets you out and in quickly.

Mr. Johnny is a knowledgeable, fast and trustworthy mechanic. I first came across him in Sept 2023 and he removed and replaced my Rear Catalytic Converter in roughly 2 hours. He had to fix the mistake of another mechanic who had 40 years of experience and his own shop.
Then, today, he fixed the dangerous mistake of this ignorant mobile mechanic that did a dangerous, botch job on my breaks. After Mr. Johnny's shop corrected the mobile mechanic's mistake, I noticed the difference immediately. Needless to say, no more short cuts. I will be using Mr. Johnny for all my future car repairs. Because, he's clearly the mechanic's mechanic, fixing the botch jobs of all these other mechanics. The 2 times he's done a repair on my vehicle, I've not had to return to him. He is a craftsman. Mr. Johnny will get it right the first time.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE !! Will never recommend this place for repair. Very unreliable and incompetent and un experienced asian individual charged me $722 for labor to change Jumpin when taking off. Ended up paying almost $1000 and my car continued to have the same issue. Brought it to another shop, mexican guy knew after running quick test what the problem was and charged me $800 labor and now my car run good as New.DO NOT GO THIS SHOP... YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY

Mr. Johnny and his crew are impeccable! They are the best, honest auto repair company on the entire south side of Georgia. This company comes highly recommended; I usually take all my luxury vehicles to their respective dealerships but with employee shortage and price hikes, thank God for Mr. Johnny!!!
