When I say dealing with this body shop was a COMPLETE waste of my time and money, it's really an understatement. For starters, I was quoted a TWO-WEEK turnaround to paint my car, but it took them THREE MONTHS instead. During that time, it was like pulling teeth trying to get ahold of Aaron for updates on my car. Extremely poor communication!!Secondly, he did not paint the car as we agreed upon. Sections that I wanted painted didn't receive attention (underside of the hood & side skirts), and sections that I didn't want to be painted were done (front bumper grill & fog lights areas). He showed NO attention to detail and displayed POOR craftsmanship overall. To top it off, he left the interior of my car covered in dust from all the sanding. The car looks like it was painted by a novice at best, and NOT by a professional body shop.I made it very clear the level of work I expected, and I'm VERY dissatisfied with what I received. There is debris throughout the paint all over the car. To the trained eye, this is not a QUALITY paint job, which is what I was led to believe I would receive. I would have been better off taking my car to Maaco and getting their cheapest paint job, or better yet, just watching YouTube videos and doing it myself. Now, I have to spend MORE time and money taking it to an actual REPUTABLE body shop to get it corrected. Use this shop at your own risk; MARK MY WORDS!! I do NOT...I repeat...I do NOT recommend this shop!!!

****Warning, Stay Away!!!*****I was quoted and bought new part but the took my money and put on used parts that were broken. I’m calling the CFPB, BBB and the lawyers office. They are misleading the public. He only accepts cash app. Scam artist pressured us for 1900.00 and gave us fake parts then stopped answering his cell phone. The shop is a fake store front they use to run the scam from. Please go somewhere else. Fake! Scam! Con Artist! Liar! Do Not Use This Shop!Service: Body & Trim

I agree with the other 1 star reviews. I don’t have much to say but when my car got “fixed” there were parts that weren’t actually fixed and I found out from another body shop. I was jibbed out of some money or really my insurance company but it’s all good. 10 out of 10 WOULD NOT RECOMMENDI also included pics of the frame of my car that was supposedly fixed.

I came here after getting in a car accident and damaging my fender and bumper. Aaron was able to repair and replace everything within 3 days. Granted, I bought the parts myself (which I preferred to do so).He was very reliable, great communication, and extremely fast. He sent progress pictures as well in order to keep me in the loop.I HIGHLY recommend him for any body shop needs.Services: Painting

I needed my car repaired. I got What I asked for. Customer service was nice. Whenever I had a question, Aaron answered the phone and given me the answer I needed to feel comfortable about my vehicle parts and repairs. It took a month and it was worth it.
He worked with me and remained professional.

This place has the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered ! I took my car in and Aaron Jones promised me a 2 week turn around, it ended up being over a month and my car was and still is not fixed and also thousands of dollars were taken from me as if it was !
I’m still dealing with the issues of this horrible place and it’s coming up on a year ! Going to B4nAfterCustoms will be the worst decision you could ever make! So do yourself justice and just ignore the fact that you even thought this was an option!
