They charged me $875 in paint.!!!! The messed up part about sll of this is, everything was fine and once I did my move out inspection, I got my paper from Madison, and everything was good. She was shocked to how good the apartments looked. One of the maintenance guys kept telling me oh don’t worry about painting it cause the paint will never match and we have to get special paint, which the apartment wasn’t bad anyway. So I decided not to paint and to just let the maintenance guys do it. I only lived there 1yr. So the apartment was still in great condition. I was told that they had to repaint my whole apartment. They had to repaint it because of an issue they had with the paints. I was already told that they have been having issues with finding the right color paint. And if they repaint, they have to repaint the ful apartment because if not the paints won’t match. This is ridiculous. This is not my fault. Aren’t you all supposed to repaint anyway, I emailed and called with no response baxk. I’ll def be looking into my options. Gotta stop allowing these companies to get over on us. The more they do it, the more they continue. If we just continue to complain nothing will change and I’m tired of it. So I am doing something about it.

Lived here for several a years now. They're service and maintain the apartments and common areas well. The front office staff are always helpful with anything needed.

Madison, Robin, And Katie are amazing at the leasing office! Tony is the most amazing maintenance you can ever ask for! He’s so friendly and knowledgeable and will come fix any issue as fast as he can while also being the most genuine kind hearted person ever.
