I have been trying for 2 months to get my residential window panes replaced, over a dozen. After several weeks they finally showed up to take measurements. I may as well board my windows up if I have to rely on them.

I called for glass replacements for over a dozen windows in my home. They did not return my call so called again. Was told they'd come by Monday or Tuesday for measurements and an estimate. No show. No call back. Took about 3 weeks to show up. I have not heard from them since. That was over a month ago. If they didn't want the job they should have told me, or said they were busy and would try. Bad business practices. My windows have been out all winter.
