Long lines, I employee, slow as Christmas, but I was able to complete my task. Had to ship my birthday card as a priority package, 3 day delivery, insured at a cost of $5.30. That's ridiculous!

substitute driver on 2-10-24. On Tatum Heights Dr.in Lagrange Georgia. Around 4pn, the drive was driving reckless. Speeding, squealing tires, truck even back fired. The truck went dead didn't want to start at first, when started squealed tires again when pulled off. Drive was an African-American man. I started to call the police. There's children in this neighborhood. He Does not need to be driving like that.! I love my kids!

My God I can’t believe I been calling for 4 days straight back to back and no one has been answering the phone literally from 830am -4 everyday non stop. I haven’t received no mail that should’ve been transferred for 4 months now and it’s crazy I can’t get in touch with anyone at all like damn I’m all the way in fl and I just want my damn stuff & a answerWhen living there I didn’t have problem Mr Tony I believe was such good help with any issue going on

Just moved here and had my first experience with the local post office. The building was clean inside and out. The line moved quickly. I had peeped at the info for passports and got into line. The clerk was super helpful and kind! She even gave me a copy of the passport info without even asking. I was surprised she had noticed I had checked out the info on the counter and she said I try to be observant! She was and and it was so nice of her. I think the receipt says clerk 18! I did hear a customer say she transferred to this location from Pine Mountain! Sorry Pine Mountain!! We have her now and I’m so thankful!!

Don’t understand why it’s so hard to deliver packages to the right address and customer service disrespects the customer when trying to figure out why they put held at post office at customers request. Huge lie, Now I have to pick up a package typical postal service.

I wish I could give zero stars. I have pick ups scheduled daily at my business and they just didn't pick up today. When my staff tried to call (six times) they hung on them every time. I have around 80-100 packages that need to go out for my customers and this local post office and its postmaster just do not care about any of their paying customers. I'm really tempted to void all those labels and just ship them UPS.

It would be lovely if someone could ever answer the phone. Instead I'll have to make a trip to speak to someone in person. There is no option to just speak to a customer rep on the phone. What happened to customer service? Oh, it's a government agency. Enough said.

I have always had good service here. friendly and efficient. no fault of the PO people that sometimes the line's long. today Clerk 18 processed my 2 packages quickly, with a smile and a 'have a great day'. kind of strange but i felt better after visiting the PO. Ha!

Most of the time the mail carriers do a good job, however when someone new is delivering mail, they do not stop for a red flag indicating there is mail to be picked up. They keep on going. Frustrating for sure.

Never in my life have I met people who hate their job more than them. So lazy and rude. won’t ever do anything to help. Will turn you away for things that aren’t even problems just so they don’t have to follow through and do any work. never had a positive experience here. Each and every one of their staff is terrible

I just moved from Decatur and had an issue with my mail forwarding. Duchess could not have been more pleasant or professional. She offered and completed a solution and found my mail, all in a span of 5 minutes. It was a completely different experience than my last trip to the Decatur post office.Kudos to Duchess!
