Two packages were marked as delivered but I never received them. UPS will not provide me any proof where or if it was delivered and customer service is no help. One of the packages is valuable so very disappointed.

I have been given the run around for over a week about a package that still has not delivered. When I call customer service I’m instructed to call this store that I shipped my package from but nobody seems to be able to help me with the issue.

Sunday 4/28/2024. Store is supposed to be open at 11am. I drove 30 minutes into town. They were not open at 11am. Its now 1140am and still nobody in the store and not open. A very unprofessional branch. Ill be sure to use any UPS store but this one going forward.

Visited here to purchase a box. The lady spent most of 5 minutes talking and looking on the computer before realizing I wasn't there to ship the package from there. We finally got on the right track before she got me the box I wanted. She cut it to fit what i brought and taped it up, but the item was loose inside and I wanted to put packing materials inside to secure it properly, so I went home and unpacked it to properly pack as I saw fit. Nice ladies inside but very talkative to each other and not paying enough attention to the customer. Then I went to another place to ship and found out their boxes were cheaper, so I may return if it's something specific to them, but see no other reason to right now.

I took some packages for shipping on a Wednesday afternoon. The young women that work there were incredibly efficient, helpful, and pleasant. It’s the best experience I’ve ever had at a UPS store.

They are competent. However, they did not tell me about a shipping option with Amazon that I could have used to save time. I've visited several times and they're usually friendly and quick.
