I have ring with turquoise inlay that had two small pieces missing. When I went to pick up the ring not only was the repair not done but a third of the inlay was missing. What was left was totally discolored. They handed it to me and said "sorry" and offered nothing for the damage.

Have a 14k chain that the claw broke off, I priced a lot of places and they were the best price around town! Dropped it off and next day had it back in no time.

so they will sell you fake jewerly and tell you it's real please be careful take your own diamond tester. I'm so upset how they did my dad because his Doesnt speak good English. go to pawn express. they won't lie to you they don't tell you want u wanna here they tell you what u need to hear. my gold earrings already turning brown my dad paid 400$ and they weren't willing to give me anything bc I asked pawn express if they was real just because I didn't own a diamond tester and I wanted to check. and now they won't give me my money.

The owner is horrible ! Very rude and attempts to be condescending to people . I'm surprised they're still in business . I don't recommend this place to anyone . Pawn Express is definitely better !

Love the service! When I initially brought my ring in, I didn’t measure it. It was just barely too small and thought I only needed to go up a half size. And I was very wrong lol. Ended up going from a 9.5 to an 11. They were super sweet about making sure we got the right size and even gave us a discount for the second up-size. If I ever need it resized again I’ll definitely come back here:)

Wonderful Customer Service At All Costs!! I Love Taylor's Pawn and jewelry. After they clean my jewelry it's like someone just ripped me out the plastic because I be acting Brand New!! ?
