“Stopped by one day because my Amp Research step bars stopped working. They were able to troubleshoot and resolve the issue. After it was all said and done, I’ve ended up with a new Camlocker tool box, air bags and a brake controller. I couldn’t be happier with the customer service I received, level of professionalism and quality of work from the guys in the shop. I would’ve selected six stars but five is the max.”
“Was in my work vehicle thought I just needed air come to find out had a nail in the tire. They only took cash and allowed me to go after they had plugged my tire to a nearby ATM and give them cash. Offered to walk across the street just so they knew I wasn't trying to to skip out on the bill and they insisted I drive to the ATM. Took less than 10 mins and was on my way back to Atlanta”
“I've been going here for years (even prior to the name change), I recently moved, but I was back in town for an appointment. I got a flat as I was getting into town. I called, told them the issue, and gave them my tire size. When I got there, the tire was ready, and they were waiting on me. The longest part was waiting on AAA to get to me.
AAA needs to add A Better Way to their towing contractor list.”

“COMPLETELY AWFUL!!!! Brian did all he could to correct situation but it was beyond his control!!! After hour and half wait for 930 scheduled appointment on Monday alerted him. He took car back immediately but only did oil change no safety inspection but was charged. Tried to fix but couldn't calling later to fix overcharge. But schedule for valve cover replacement,brake inspection,which was not completed. Very very frustrating experience which was so disappointing.”
