Nice beautiful building, horribly run pharmacy.No one there knows what is going on much less capable of relaying correct information about your prescriptions! I’m all about local businesses & giving this one the chance 4 months in a row made me want to run to CVS & I despise CVS.. so do yourself a favor and steer clear of this one in Roanoke road

I’m so glad my family changed to The Medicine Cabinet. The pharmacist is always helpful, and the other store employees are always courteous and friendly. It’s always better to use locally owned stores instead of a chain.

On 4-27-21 I dropped off my prescriptions @ 3:15pm. Said I would pick them up @ same time 4-28-21. When I got there, my prescriptions weren’t ready, had to find them. Waited on them to fill them. Was inside the store. Didn’t get a Sorry bout that, a Thank you! But was told to (have a good one) Been with y’all a while now hope this doesn’t happen again

The pharmacist in charge of the place was very rude and condescending to my girlfriend who was just trying to get her birth control! Very disappointed, was trying to support local business and received worse customer service for it!

Personal service is a big plus. They treat you like family, even if it's your first time. Tommy Whitworth and the staff take the extra step and have saved us money and hassles. We highly recommend them.
