Found everything I needed. The store was easy to navigate. Only downside is I have mobility issues and a scooter would be a benefit. I have never seen one there.

have shopped here several times. nice store and staff always helpful. call-out to James for explaining Staples recycling program. who knew? even though most/all products can be purchased on-line, i appreciate Staples keeping the store open and being part of the local community. i'll continue to buy local.

Store had my copies ready without wait. They seem to need more staffing as the few people inside always seem to be running all over. Store was clean and organized. Print center was very helpful

I have had a long history of bad service at this location. Unfortunately, it's the only game in town. I just left there because my computer crashed last night. I talked to one of their tech folks this morning and they gave me friendly and reasonable advice about it. We decided it would be wise for me to buy a new one. I told him I would be in this afternoon. I went into the store, and I waited 15 or 20 minutes walking around the computers, with the money in my pocket ready to buy one. I found a model that I was interested in, but I had questions about it. I could not see the optical drive, although the description said it had one, for example. Errored enough to see if I needed help and answer my questions. I had money in my pocket, and I need a computer. Today. I am a composer, and my livelihood depends on it. This is only the most recent incident I have had with this location. If upper management wishes to contact me, I have lots of stories to tell, including a dot com order that took over three months to rectify.

The MGR is Rude!! She walked up to my husband and said we don’t carry that without even bothering to take a minute and help him and turned around and walked off!!!
