I have been a loyal customer of S E Wireless in lagrange since 2011. Have had numerous problems with the cheap phones they keep selling me. Most recently was forced into a 4G replacement in september, a minute amount of water got on it and now is completely dead. Had major foot surgery weeks ago and am on crutches, cannot drive or go anywhere without a ride and now am without a phone at christmastime with all my family out of state. Went by S E wireless yesterday to try to get help, the man acted like he couldnt care less and instead tried to sell me another cheap phone. Am very upset, will never use them again!!!
