UPDATE: They actually tried blaming me for not getting my vacuum fixed when they left a cap in my wheel hub and it nearly caused my caliper to lock up and damaged the new rotors i just bought. Only problem with the vacuum was apparently the used car dealer never put oil in it and there was only 1.5 qts and very dirty oil in it. Updated::
Took 4 hrs for new rotors WITH an appointment. Extremely overpriced an not even a good job or diagnosing the most important problem first. 1200 for rotors and brakes and didn't even tighten the lug nuts on the front tires. Kept hearing a sound immediately accompanying the brake job to which only got worse after. They tried saying it was the caliper and my fault for not getting a 1200$ vacuum booster( 230$ online for parts) when i know darn well a caliper aint gonna make that noise. moral is learn to fix your own stuff or deal with being scammed. That's doctors, mechanics, lawyers,,, anything really.

Made an online appointment for A/C service, only to be told when I arrived that they don't have an A/C Tech in their shop. Manager was no help and not concerned at all for the inconvenience caused to me.

I spent 1000 plus dollars for 4 new tires and 7 hours waiting for installation at this store. The front desk clerk was very nonchalant and dismissive. The technician was very very rude. I've had to replace 2 valve stems on 2 of my brand new tires but Pep Boys didn't replace them. Both times I went into this store for repair of stem valves I was told it would be an 8 hour wait. Firestone got me in right away and their customer service was excellent. I'll never use Pep Boys again because of this store.

I only give them three stars because I went three times to have my truck serviced for the air conditioning and they gave me an appointment for a week and the last time they told me to go to Newnan in a month.???????
