A part of our car came loose and was dragging on the way home from vacation. The guys here were able to fix it and have us on our way in less than 15 minutes! Amazing! And it was right before 5 o’clock so they stayed for us. Very nice people

I Have been coming to Ok Automotive for over 14 years and the attention to detail, the genuine concerns about you and your problem you are having with your car are real and these are only two of the many many reasons I can meantipn about the dedication and service I have received over the years and I believe that is why I keep coming back here again and again, I mean very , very reasonable rates very , very very knowledgeable of vehicles problems and solutions, the whole thing, over the years the Ok Automotive Mechanic Team has become family and I normally don’t do these reviews but I am very big on giving credit where credit is deserved and this team deserves to be recognized.

Norman helped me out in an emergency situation on a holiday weekend when he otherwise would have been closed. He came in and made sure my car was running in order for me to be able to get my kids home and was thorough and honest.

My car went out @ Walmart. I called an elder from my congregation and they came right away; but could they not get it started. They arranged for OK Automotive to pick up my car from Walmart. OK Automitive picked up my car on Wed. The transmission cable was fixed the next day. They were very kind and helpful when I came to get my car; and the price was very reasonable??

The best service we could’ve received! They were one of the only repair shops open late and he was able to come right to our location and help us out by replacing our serpentine belt! The owner was so nice and caring, going as far as telling us to let him know we made it to our destination safely! Would strongly recommend!!

My son’s alternator went out while visiting friends in LaGrange. I had never met Patrick and took a chance and called him from Atlanta to help my son. He almost immediately sent a tow truck to retrieve my son’s car from across town and did the complete repair within 3 1/2 hours. On top of that, he charged a very fair price! What a blessing to find him on such short notice. Unbelievable service and caring. Very impressed….superb work. Wow! Thank you Patrick!Service: Electrical repair

Ok Ok! Where Do I Start? I drove intown from ATL which is an hr away From Lagrange, GA to visit The Great Wolf Lodge, on an Late Sunday Afternoon. Im Thankful, I made it off the interstate. I caught a flat and had to pull over to the gas station, I had reservations, Thankfully. Making a long so short once I finally arrived at the lodge which literally was only a block away from the gas station. I googled Car Shops Near me " Ok Automotive" stood out to me so I decided to call and within minutes, Pat Was on the job. Tow truck and all, He picked my car up from the gas station came and got my key from the lodge. Let's say He made my trip go from bitter to sweet because He was so convenient. As a Mother, of two small girls I was just wanting to have a fun day and He helped me still achieve it. He didn't even have my car for an hour before he called me back and said my car was ready and he was outside with it. To my surprise because I thought I had did more damage then just a flat Thank God! I didnt. I recommend, if you're looking to get any mechanical services done this is your guy his shop is literally down the street from the lodge which makes him the top competitor in town and being he serviced me on a late Sunday Afternoon, Told me a lot about how reliable he really is when it comes to his work. True professional and all around awesome person! Broke down 5+ hours from my home. All Auto mechanic shop were closed. I called Ok automotive after hours and not only did he answer, he came and pick me and my truck up off the side of the highway, figured out what was wrong with my truck, and had me back on the road heading home in a couple hours. If I could give him more than five stars I would!! Pea definitely went way out of his way to help out somebody he didn't even know stranded on the road. Thanks again!!!
