I took my truck to mobile electronics to have some work done on my radio. It was a planet audio after market radio. I had them install a back up camera and 2 new speakers in the front as they were blown out. They also had to fix some wiring as the built in subwoofer wasn’t working. They did good work however the front speakers are very quiet. I have tried every adjustment possible and I believe it’s the speakers. Then several weeks later my radio went haywire and would not turn off when I shut off the car. I had manually turn it off. I took it back up there to see if it would be a quick fix. The guy didn’t seem like he was interested In helping me when I spent close to 800 bucks a few weeks ago. He said he was busy and I had to make another appointment to bring it back. I went down the road to his competitor and he gladly spent 5 minutes and found out the radio had to be reset by pulling the fuse and putting it back in. As a whole mobile electronics did a good job initially but the service after the sale was poor this is the reason for the 3 stars instead of more. Also his competitor now has my business as he took the time to check out my radio and I hadn’t spent any money with them.

The staff was awesome. Had an issue with a recent installed unit and the took it right back and fixed the issue and went as far to explain the whys and how to fix. This is my 2nd install, would not go anywhere else.

After my stereo was snatched and my wiring was destroyed I couldn’t find anyone in Columbus that could fix what I needed fixed, no one! I found these guys online and went to talk to them and spoke with Keith who was very professional, knowledgeable and polite. I have also talked to the other gentleman as well and both men seem to be very standup guys. I purchased new speakers and a head unit, among other devices to operate it all properly, from them and they were able to install it all, even my XM and steering wheel controls work again! To appreciate their work you would have to have seen what they were originally working with when I first took it in. Definitely recommend these guys and company for any car stereo installation needs and will be taking it back to them in about a month to get the second camera installed as well. All I can say is I’m super stoked!

Horrible that guy's attitude was absolutely awfuland he talked to me like I was below him because I didn't know everything that he knew and actually I think he text the other guy in the garage to come in and get him just so I would quit asking questions and the joke's on him because I had a pocket full of money
