If I can give this place a negative zero I will. I recently had the displeasure of visiting the Dodge dealership located at 3950 Jonesboro rd Union city 30291 The experience fell short of expectations. Heading to work early morning My Durango stop pulling on 85 while driving to work that morning 5/8/24. My son and I could’ve lost our life on that expressway. I’m so disappointed in dodge. It has been recalls on my truck twice. Had it towed to the dealership that morning, I get there let them know what was wrong and what the truck was doing. So now I'm out of a car can’t go home can’t get back and forward to work until they see what’s wrong with my truck. As a Dodge customer I’m asking about the loaner they give out to customers when something is wrong with your car. The manager tells me they don’t have any more loaners to give out at this time. For my overstanding as a Multi billionaire company who nationwide should always have backup/loaners no matter what’s the situation may be.. I stayed at this place for hrs trying to get in contact with the CEO never couldn’t get in touch with him it just sad, that’s why the employee the way they is now. It comes from the top. The manager didn’t care about nothing. It was as if I was invisible to them, which immediately set the tone for a disappointing experience. Only one supervisor Earl tried his best to help me, he offered me a ride home, did all he could but everything was out of his hand he didn’t have the power. Overall as a customer i left feeling disillusioned and unlikely to return for future service. I would caution anyone considering doing business with this dealership to proceed with extreme caution, as my experience suggests that customers satisfaction is not a priority for them.

My experience was wonderful Bryson and the team at Mike Patton Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram listened to my wants and demands and followed through with a great delivery. I love my New Car and would recommend their expertise.

I recently posted a review of this dealership relative to their partnership with UWA and Chrysler corporation. While Chrysler is still yet to respond, Mike Patton stepped up in a big way to ensure that my problem was resolved. Jeff, Kevin, and Josh in the service department took complete responsibility and provided a remedy with an OEM part that appears to have made my Jeep Wrangler Sahara Unlimited run like new. They took a very poor customer service situation and turned it in to a scenario where I will likely be purchasing my next vehicle from their team. Thanks again
