Went in today, concerning the LIFETIME WARRANTY on my tinted vehicle windows. Mr Lynch states that he no longer honors the warranty. He stated that he was having problems with the product that he was selling/installing, so he stopped honoring the warranty. He looked at my vehicle window and stated the tint is hazing and that it would have to be stripped and tinted again. He said he would charge $200 for that service. I pulled out my receipt, showing I paid $200, for him to tint all the windows on the vehicle, as well as a strip across the windshield. He then states because the tint would have to be stripped off. That’s not good business. You chose the product that you installed on my vehicle, you chose to offer a LIFETIME WARRANTY…now you won’t honor it, and want to charge me the price you charged for the entire vehicle, just to redo the back window. This is not right. Bad business. He actually now has black tape covering the words LIFETIME WARRANTY, on his business sign.

My friend has a lifetime warranty on her tint and they refused to fix her back window. They told her that they don't honor lifetime warranty anymore because they had problems with the tint they used. They wanted to charge her $200 to fix it when they did the whole car for that much. Once she left they put black tape over their window that says lifetime warranty

The absolute best, hands down! Not only is this the only place to go for window tint but lockout service as well. Shannon Lynch stopped what he was doing, just to run over and unlock my doors, without hesitation. Not only is Shannon a good dude, his same characteristics transfer over to his business practices! Owner is friendly and even gave me a ride back to the dealership. He also took the time to explain the different options. Had tint put on each window with a visor strip on the windshield. The work is excellent!
