The staff was rude and madee feel unwanted. The capacity in half of what they need. Lagrange needs another animal rescue center twice the size of the current one with a friendlier staff.

Brought home a dog a couple of days ago, and I have to say it was the best decision I've ever made even tho the dog is deaf and a bit old. It doesn't matter to me. I will still love it like my own. I attached photos to show how adorable they are. Highly recommend

Came in looking for my missing Great Pyrenees dog. Still haven't found Max, but brought 2 German Shepherds home. If Max is ever found, he will meet his new "brother and sister."

I got a kitten from petsense in Lagrange. These cats are supplied by the Lagrange Humane Society. He had a slight sniffle but nothing uncommon with kittens. The employee assured me that it was common for them to receive kittens with colds and to grab some goats milk. I got him on June 17 and by the 22 the baby kitten was dead on my couch. I spoke to a manager at the humane society and was told that they never give sick cats to petsense and then questioned “ why would you even get that cat if you knew it was sick”. The better question is why is the professionalism of your employees so bad? Why does the humane society give sick kittens and receives money from it? How can your “supervisor” lack human compassion for someone’s kids who had to find a stiff cat on their sofa? The staff was completely heart less and unprofessional. I never even received his papers yet because it had only been 5 days since grabbing him but my money could not be given back to me. This is wrong and cruel.
