The reviews are right. Terrible customer service, awful response times. Should be a case study for Toyota on what’s broken with their dealer parts network.

My wife and I are happy owners of a 2024 Camry LE after having had the good fortune to learn of many other satisfied customers who purchased a new car from LaGrange Toyota in LaGrange, GA (45 miles north of us). The high approval rating of this dealership is clearly justified, in our opinion, based on the courteous and professional attention we received from several members of their team. But we are particularly pleased that Kyle Ward was our Sales Professional because he listened to our needs and offered us options that allowed us to ultimately select the best car for the senior citizens that we are. One that is safe, high quality and affordable. My wife and I couldn't be happier!

LaGrange Toyota is NOT somewhere you should shop!!! Bought a vehicle there and salesman Randy Kraus his full of lies and sales tricks. Mike Golden is even more so full of lies and is not there to put the customer first. With in the first 3 days of owning my vehicle I bought from them, I found over $2,000 worth of things that needed fixed! Example, no horn. How do you sell a vehicle with no working horn? To make it worse, they had no clue it did not work, and told me they'd fix it for over $500. Other simple things such as no windshield wiper cap for the tank. Something in my steering had to be fixed "immediately" according to an outside mechanic. I specifically asked while signing papers and purchasing process what would happen if I found something wrong. The quote I received was, "we have a reputation to uphold. We will hot leave you high and dry." Well, high and dry was exactly what I got when I came back with 4 problems found on my vehicle. I went round and round for hours on end just to get left high and dry. Do NOT shop here. I know this is a long review but I wish I would have seen a review similar to this before trusting them with my business. They suck, Randy and Mike are your typical sleazy salesman, and they do not deserve your business.

When we bought our car here, the salesman told us that we could get one car key free every year. When we went to get the key they told us that it was going to be $550 and that salesman was no longer with them.

Ordered a part from their site which was supposedly correct for my truck. It was totally the wrong item, and when I asked for a return they ignored my messages.

I was looking into Toyota tacomas online and had gotten multiple calls after regarding my interest in the Tacoma. They had called while I was at working on the clock (I drive a large vehicle that's monitored for a living btw...). I had to hang up asap due to company rules and one of y'all's sales associate called back and left an angry and disrespectful voicemail. Maybe consider peoples time/day before jumping to conclusions and leaving angry emails. Very unprofessional and I never plan on shopping with anyone from here whatsoever.

Ah yes, I get it. No warranty given on a used car. But if you knowingly sell a car to someone with hidden or potential deficiencies, that's just wrong. You need to make things right guys because people do read reviews.

Had the BEST experience with Kyle Ward and buying our new Hylander! He was super kind, honest, and got us in and out. These guys aren't the horrible car salesman you hear about. Definitely recommend!

Needed a transmission mount ASAP for a 4Runner and I was recommended to Lagrange parts website by a local mechanic. I placed my order for the $68 part along with overnight shipping so I can make my repair and continue my work trip. The order was canceled and the sales rep informed me that my IP address must match the billing address. I explained I am away from home working and now I’m struggling to find a part to arrive in time. No notice from the dealer other than the order was canceled. I would understand if I was spending a substantial amount of money. Communication with the customer is the most important part of customer relations, and Lagrange dropped the ball. As long as you’re broken down in your driveway, the parts sales rep at Lagrange will be able to help.

I have to give praise to the wonderful service we got at Lagrange Toyota a few days ago when our Camry broke down on I-85 on a 3-day drive from New York City to the Florida Panhandle. What started out as a very scary experience was handled with great courtesy, empathy, and professionalism. Ben was our service manager. He took care of us right away when we came in the tow truck. It was contaminated fuel (from the Marathon gas station just off I-85 in Hogansville) and required emptying and cleaning out the fuel tank. They took time to explain what was going on and to try to figure out why this happened. It wasn't cheap but we were out of there in a couple of hours and were able to complete the journey to Florida by sundown. The facility was clean, modern, and comfortable. Thanks again for the great service!

Best experience ever buying a vehicle! Steven went above and beyond. Great effort communicating even the smallest details. When I drove from out of state, Steven ensured everything prepared for a successful purchase. Even the sales manager portion was super buyer-focused; Bently was extremely helpful. This was the first time I can recall that I ever enjoyed this part of the process. NO surprises, Such a rarity to find an auto dealership Family owned and buyer friendly environment. Steven and the LaGrange team have my strongest recommendation.

I purchased a vehicle from LaGrange Toyota on a trip to Florida driving though LaGrange. I worked with Randy Kraus, who was extremely professional and took care of every detail. I called in the morning on the vehicle and when the deal was on the table, said I would be right down. Randy had the paper work ready when I arrived and we made the purchase. There were a couple of small details I found wrong with the truck and he had them taken care of while I was in Florida. I drove back by and picked the vehicle up and it was all ready and repaired. I was very impressed with the dealership and how it treats customers!!

My husband and I shopped around before going to LaGrange Toyota. Wanda Norris was our salesperson, and she was the best. She was very knowledgeable about the products, and made us feel right at home, We purchased a new 2019 Toyota Highlander and we love it. In the beginning, there was a problem with the audio system, and Wanda was determined to find out the cause. In the end, it turned out that it was a problem with my cell phone syncing and not with the vehicle at all. We met Brandon Dearth, the Manager, and he stayed right with us until it was all figured out, and changes were made to my phone to make it all work right. They were very courteous, and respectful in every aspect of our transaction. We felt that we made many new friends who are employees there, and look forward to going back there for service in the future. Besides all that, we felt that we paid a fair price for our new car, and it was a great buying experience. We will definitely go back there in the future.

My wife and I purchased a 2020 Toyota Sienna at LaGrange Toyota. This is to replace a 2008 Sienna we bought new and has been exclusively serviced by the same dealer. Sales Consultant Dj Nelson spent a lot of time going over the details of the 2020 technology and features, first with my wife and then with me. He had excellent knowledge of Toyota vehicles in part because of his time in the Service Department and also showed superior people-to-people skills during our time deliberating between the Sienna and the Honda Odyssey. It was the professionalism of the sales team and my past favorable experience with the Service Department that caused us to decide in favor of the Sienna.
