Originally I was helped by one store associate but I had forgotten something and I had to come back. This was by divine intervention because when I came back I was helped by Brandi at the store. Originally I was just going to downgrade the equipment but after conversation and a few click of the computer to see what I had active she was able to drastically change my services to have what I wanted and needed and also helping put money back in my pocket. She was able to find a way to win for everyone.
With so many companies losing the focus on customer satisfaction, Brandi went above and beyond in what she did that day and provided the premier customer service. I’ve enjoyed Spectrum for the past 5 years and I didn’t want to make a change to something else. Brandi did her due diligence and asked the right questions and helped me out.
