awful. customer service was great, hair cut is AWFUL. my hair is blunt cut, straight across. just combed across my back and cut in a line. uneven length, some shoulder length pieces and some almost the length it was before the cut (about mid-shoulder blade) will be asking for my money back.

Just tried to get a haircut at 3:35 PM, was greeted before I got in the door and asked if I was the 4:00 appointment. I told her no, she said she wasn't taking any more people. They close at 6:00 PM. She said she is the only stylist, she's been on her feet all day and isn't feeling good. I don't blame your employee, I blame the company. Great Clips why open back up if you can't hire enough stylist? Not a good business model. Don't worry, one less customer.

They say there is a corporate policy that requires them to drop you from the list on the haircut APP if the wait is over 60 minutes. I signed up, was told the wait was 111 minutes and told I would get a text saying they were ready. At about 100 minutes I got the text and went to the store at 203 Commerce. They said I had been dropped from the list because the wait was over 60 minutes. I had been dropped with no notice and sent a text telling me they were ready. They told me to have a nice day. Not believing corporate policy could be so stupid, I called the corporate offices and was told there was no such policy and that they would have the salon owner contact me. He didn't. The store in Sawmill Plaza is owned by the same person and the stylists at that store also told me that that was corporate policy and they had complaints all the time. I have never had worse customer service.

I went to this location last Saturday. Noticing that there was only one person waiting, I went in for a quick trim. There were 2 women working, both had customers at the time. The first one greeted me with "Did you check in online"... not hello, welcome... nothing along the lines of an actual greeting. When I replied 'No, I did not", she told me to wait and they'd be with me in a minute. At this time, the second woman walks up and says "So you didn't check in online". When I replied that I had not and wasn't aware that I needed to, she rolled her eyes. When the first lady acknowledged me, I looked at the screen and saw that only one person's name was ahead of me. However, once the second lady checked me in, I noticed 4 other names had popped up.. even though there was only ONE other person in the shop aside from the 2 customers they were already working on. The screen said there was a 50 minute wait. I asked if this was accurate, to which she replied 'yeah'. So I asked her to remove my name and left. I understand the whole online check in is to save time but, how are you going to put those ahead of customers that are actually standing in front of you?? The sign on the door says walk-ins welcome but I truly did not believe this was the case at all!

What days are you actually open? It’s not the ones posted on the door. I came by two days in a row, door locked, no one inside. I won’t be back again
