Horrible didn’t get the hairstyle I wanted I was given a hair cut that I was not wanting I didn’t know straight hair won’t work and after I paid this one customer made a smart remark and the customers laughed at me cuz it was relating to my hairstyle I wanted horrible never going there again always check the reviews and history I was pissed afterwords

Great experience and a GREAT Haircut!! The gentleman who cut my hair was patient in listening to my wife's explanation and looking at the photo she brought. It was my goal to mimic my grandson's new short haircut that he recently got. We'd both had long hair recently; his to his shoulders and mine down my back. Wanted to honor his choice of haircut with my own. The guy nailed it! Looks exactly like the picture!! I think my grandson will be surprised when he sees it...and hopefully happy. ? My hair's been looong for about 4 years now. Feels good to ditch the Covid look. Hahaha. Thank you Great Clips! Nice clean place. Great staff. Will definitely get a cut there again.

Checked in online with a 10 minute wait. It’s a 14 minute drive so I felt bad but drove quickly. Got there as #1 on the list and waited around anyway as they took people who were not even on the list.I understand sometimes you have to wait, but don’t lie to me. Will find another place from now on.

Online said they were open on Commerce street.. we called and there was no answer so we drove 28 miles and they had a sign on the door. New hours closed Monday. Never again in LaGrange.

Hair cut was off, but hair grows back and they were sweet and very very friendly.

Came by this afternoon and got all of my hair cut off. It's been a few years, it was down my back.The man who cut it was nice and did a great job! I'll definitely be back!

The customer service here is amazing, and I rarely ever have a long wait! I come in, and they have my normal hairstyle saved, so there's no beating around the bush! I love it here!

Sarwar did such a good job on my hair. I could tell he was really trying to make it look nice, he would style it and then look and snip off and repeat until it looked so clean!!
