Have gave all my tax to long & long in the middle of February. And here it is mid may and taxes still not done. Phone calls not returned on every attempt for resolution. No communication at all.

I called to inquire about a position that was posted online and was treated by very rudely and received poor service. I mentioned that I noticed a few different postings online and wanted to speak with someone in charge of handling the hiring process of the positions to inquire more about the opportunities. A lady who identified herself as the firm administrator answered the original phone call and was very rude from the beginning. She told me that she didn't know who I wanted to speak with and I then told her that I was not sure either, that was why I was calling. She then proceeded to say that she was not going to help me and that I could call back later. As a seasoned industry professional this is not a company that I would want to work for or trust my business with. Customer service is a fundamental component of a business and must be a top priority for any firm. I hope that the partners of the firm address this issue soon so that it does not cause them to repel interested potential candidates or future clients. Maybe a caught her at a bad time or in the middle of lunch, whatever the case the service was not acceptable.
