Scheduled an appointment a week out, drove over an hour to get to Franks only to be told they weren't taking vehicles at this time and itll be over a month before they would even look at my truck. Very frustrating as I had to schedule time off work for this.

We own a Lazy Lizard Furniture, LLC, a local custom woodworking shop in town and I couldn’t say enough good about this place.Although we didn’t use them for an automotive repair we did use them as a resource when we were in a pinch and we couldn’t believe how generous they were.Great folks to deal with, the example of how local people should help each other out. I'm very pleased with the service I received. I chose Frank's because the business I normally use was backed up for months. They worked me in quickly, and I received regular text updates throughout the process. My vehicle was finished by the estimated date of completion. I'm happy with the work they did and how thorough they were with the repairs.

They had my Chevy traverse for a month doing body work my husband picked it up and not two miles down the road it shut down My husband popped the hood from where you check the oil it was smoking he went to the store got some oil cause it was empty it wouldn't crank.He had it towed back to Frank's.Then frank had it towed to a mechanic he knows received a call today almost two weeks later saying engines locked up. They are saying they did nothing to it yet during a phone call from the guy at the front desk he told us he was confused that there was no water in the radiator! I still owe 5 payments on a useless car. It's unbelievable I've never heard of anything like this! I want to warn everyone about this I never want anyone to go through what my husband and I are going through now! The only reason we went there is because it was warranted by Geico! Both are unless at this point and the front light looks like came from a junkyard and the passenger window won't even roll down now. I want to save other hard working people from going through this! If nothing done I will see them in court!Service: Body & Trim

Called in and confirmed an appointment. Drove all the way over there, to hear that he’s not available for the next 6-7 weeks. Didn’t seem enthusiastic to help me at all.Unprofessional and inconsiderate of client’s time.

Scheduled an appointment for an estimate online. No problem there. Arrived for the estimate today at my scheduled time. Lady in the office said no estimator was there and they could not give me an estimate. Why schedule an appointment and make me wait days to come in if no one is available to do estimate. My time is just as important as there’s. I understand the labor shortage with things today, but they sent me texts reminding me of my estimate appointment for today and then when I arrive, no one is available? If you can text me to remind me of appointment and to make sure I’m there, you could have also texted me and advised me no one was available to do estimates and to reschedule.
