Best rental company, I know. Customer service is always great. They want the cars gone! You’re lucky if you get in a rental, because they stay busy, and it’s because of the great service. Thanks for always keeping me and my family on the road, Enterprise of Lagrange Ga. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

Probably the kindest rental car team you’ll meet. Calm, friendly, respectful, and quick. Stopped for a swap due to my original rental engine issue and they were super nice about the process.

The guys were very friendly. My only issue was that my rental smells bad and still does .Someone smoked it out, and the treatment made it worse .

I got a rental through my insurance. The service was fast and friendly. From walking in to leaving in the rental took about 15 minutes.

Once again, ordered a rental car well in advance. Called at noon on a late October Monday and was told my mid size sedan would be ready at 2:30 (scheduled pickup). Received a call pushing pickup to 5 and letting me know they would call me when a car was ready. Location closes at 5:30. Never received a call, which forced me to drive my dated minivan to my work trip. Would never, EVER book here if I 100% needed a vehicle. It's my 2nd similar experience. Horrible customer service. When my elderly grandmother called to ask a simple question one of the employees replied and said “They didn’t make enough money” to answer her question. I’m usually reasonable and understandable but that was not a good experience. Not only that the originally car that was booked was given to someone else and I wasn’t notified until we arrived. The car mix up was understandable but the horrible customer service was not.

Had to get a rental through insurance after an accident. Enterprise called me and told me they didn't know if they could get me in car same day but they still made it happen. The car I was placed in was too small for my kids and I so I was able to upgrade and they even stayed after closing time to make sure I was ok. After leaving, I reported next morning that the AC did not work. One of the guys tried to reset it but that still didn't help. I was able to swap into another vehicle quickly. Any concern that I had or any problem I had, they took great care of me!

If I could give them zero stars I would. My 18 year old son had an accident so we set up an appointment in LaGrange to get his vehicle fixed. We were told directly from the representative at Enterprise that as long as my sons name was listed on our insurance that he would be able to get a rental car. Our insurance agent also verified this with them. So my son drove from Auburn to LaGrange to drop his car off for repairs and pick up his rental car. When he arrived they declined to give him the rental which meant he could not get his car repaired. Our insurance agent also got on the phone with them while he was there and they told her no as well. I do understand that the normal age to rent a vehicle is 25 but in the case of an accident adults under 25 can get a vehicle as long as they are covered under the insurance. So an hour drive there and an hour drive back for no reason. All this after they told me and my insurance agent that he would be able to get the car. Now I know why I don't use Enterprise and haven't for a real long time. I am sure my son will never use them as well. Thanks for wasting our time and money.

Staff: Kenny, Darius, Donnie, Tony, Jordan and Jackson made transaction renting a vehicle to Jackson, Mississippi from checkout to the return of vehicle. Driven to my front door after returning vehicle. I interacted with several staff mentioned. This team is exceptional. Leadership outstanding at this site on Commerce Avenue in Lagrange, Georgia...Thanks guys!

They worked with us very well. Our car was being repaired and they understood that we weren’t sure when our car would be able. So after a month they helped us and understood that we were a 2 car family and we needed the best possible and cheapest thing able. They were really great for us.
