Went to drop off a prescription and no one would wait on me. They were apparently short handed. I came in the next day at 1:20. I waited in line for the car in front of me to finish and I pulled up at 1:29 and they were closed for lunch. I pulled around and went in to just drop off a prescription that I would get later. The window was still open but they wouldn’t even take my prescription because it was lunch time. I’ve left CVS for another pharmacy.

Really busy. Some good staff in the pharmacy but they can only do so much. The air vents need to be cleaned and the static on the instore music is terrible.

The woman who is running the window in the pharmacy is absolutely horrible. Ugly, rude, nasty, unprofessional. I mean this in her appearance, attitude, and in every other way possible.

Just terrible. Come at 7:54 to get 3 medications for all the teeth I just had work on and got a sign up that says they close at 8. But already closed at 7:54. So will be in pain all night bc they decide to close earlier than the new hours posted . Came Friday night to get my son's medicine. She said one was ready she'd check on the rest to drive around if someone got behind me, so I did. When I got back to the window no one ever came back. so after sitting there for 10 mins I drove off aggravated came back the next day after work to get his medicine and new hours posted and they were closed 2 days that my baby ran a fever without his medicine for his ears. Just ridiculous.

This location is a UPS Access point. My son tried to pick up an important package that he needed for school. The clerk Ashley outright lied to him and told him the package was not delivered. I asked to speak to her and she said she could speak to me but the package wasn't there and she couldn't do anything about it. I called UPS who had already sent me a notification that the package was ready for pick up and they wanted to speak with the staff at the store. Ashley was not at the counter but another gentleman was and he said that she had stepped out. He had no clue what was going on but he spoke with the UPS representative and then got my son's name. In less than 2 mins, the new clerk located my son's package and admitted that he recognized the package from when it was delivered. It is clear to me that Ashley knew what was about to happen and stepped out. In my opinion, she was either planning some nefarious activities or just did not want to do her job. She even stated that they had other customers that lost up to $2000 because "the driver" did not deliver the package. CVS/UPS you might want to take a look. You don't have to worry about me or my son ever using this location for anything, especially not packages.

This CVS is located on Roanoke Rd across from Sawmill Plaza. It is clean, well stocked, and the staff are friendly and helpful for the most part. They also have plenty of parking and clean restrooms. I highly recommend.

Pharmacy seems VERY unprofessional! Went to get Rx transferred, had to go to CVS to advise them to answer the phone for a medication of the new pharmacy so my medicine could be transferred! I had to call the new pharmacy to ensure CVS answered their call! Heard them talking rudely about a customer after the customer left!

Took my daughter in for a vaccine and the lady at the front counter was very rude to me. She was white stout wore glasses and had black hair. She laughed right in my face when I tried to ask her something. The pharmacy needs to hire better people.

On yesterday I stopped here to purchase Dove bar soap before offer expired on July 31 2022. It is a great offer that CVS sends me in my email. Dove 6 bars cost 10.29 but the offer sales it to me for $4.99. Usually when I self check out it don't honor the offer for the soap nor the coke 3/$9.99 so in the past Dustin, Chris, and Veronica would ask me to see the offer in my phone but on yesterday I asked for the manager and the black lady said she was the manager. She asked me to go get my phone but she kept trying not to honor the offer like the (3) previous managers. She was very rude and unprofessional. I told her I would not return to this store b/c of her bad combative attitude. She said to me I've been doing this for 20 years yet she seem like she has only been in the stock warehouse. She seem to not want to provide good customer service that I was use to from the previous managers.I will continue to shop at CVS but not your Roanoake store. I love getting the Dove offer and the 40% that you give me. As I said earlier I know you have other great managers but I believe this lady did not represent CVS in a positive way. She even called over the employee stocking the candy shelf to show him the score that the store was getting. I thought well your attitude is not going to bring it up.

I went to CVS on 4/10/22 at 5:47pm to get my sister's prescription filled because she has surgery in a few days, so her doctor wants her to have her pain medicine before surgery. Because of the name of the medicine the pharmacist said that she could not filled it because she do not know the doctor. Please help me to understand that?

The pharmacist courtesy filled my prescription on a holiday. It was supposed to be automatic refill but I couldn’t get in contact with my nurse and almost had to go three days without medicine I need to live. Cannot thank them enough for their kindness and help! Will always be using this pharmacy
