Did not necessarily have a particularly worthy visit for a rating, but I see that it has not many reviews, so why not. We stopped by this location from our way from the panhandle to home in Alabama. One of the folks from our party caught a bug of some kind at DisneyWorld so was battling a cough and sore throat. Since we were passing through LaGrange (which we come time to time anyway, for the Korean restaurants) via 27, we saw this convenient location and went in. Saw our trusty Mucinex DM and grabbed it - also saw a CVS generic so grabbed one of each. We went by one of the two self-checkout kiosks just to remember cough medicine requires ID. It was a fairly empty store at 8:30pm on a weekday, so when that screen popped up, we started scouting for a staff who fortunately was nearby and jogged over. My dad of past-retirement age proudly presented his ID just in case staff thought he looked underage. Nevertheless, checkout was quick and easy!

Have been going into this CVS for about a month now. I am what you would classify as a memeber of the working homeless population of this town. I walk to work every morning and since it has been getting colder outside I have been stopping in to purchase my drinks and lunch for the day as well as warm up as it is a halfway point on my morning walk to work. After today though that will not be the case, every member of your staff has greeted me with open arms and nothing but kindness every morning up until today. Today I met what had to be the rudest woman of color I met in the store ever. I did not catch her name however she was completely hostile, rude and argumentative for no reason. She would not listen to anything I had to say from a point of comprehension or even trying to understand. She only picked what she wanted to hear in an attempt to argue with me and embarrass me in front of other customers. The situation I am in is bad enough without being embarrassed in front of people because I am having to live the way I am. It doesn't make a liar or a bad person. However as she yelled at me, questioned everything I said and belittled me in front of other customers it was clear that she didn't care what I said. She is the only person that has been so cruel to me about my situation that I have encountered at your Morgan St. location. As I explained this she just kept arguing with me that no one there would let me sit and rest for the short time frame that I have been all month. An telling me to get out. Which I did but of my own accord upon realizing that talking to her was like trying to talk to an angry toodler, she would not listen and I was getting nowhere fast. Sorry to say you will be losing my business and I will be warning others that she is employed with your company. Please train your front end staff to be a little more courteous and a lot less argumentative and hateful. No one should have to go through what I did this morning especially if they are already going through one of the hardest points of their life. I only hope corporate and management listen to this review better then the hateful cashier listened to me. Thank you.

Below zero. In November they gave somebody else’s prescription to me l, tried to tell me it was mine, and then didn’t want to take it back and refund. Eventually they did. Only went there as only pharmacy who had Covid antiviral. Now tonight again— huge problem.Tonight at 11:00 pm we went only because they were the only pharmacy open in town. My grandson had a bad car accident and was dismissed from ER with two prescriptions. They said we would have to come back at 1:00 am to pick them up. There was not a single other person waiting for prescriptions in the store. They argued long enough with us to have filled the prescriptions! This is horrible horrible service. It is NOT nor will it be my regular pharmacy. I am furious that they did a power play to cause inconvenience to others and make a child wait for medicine in the middle of the night. Emma and Weshia were ones working. This is CVS on Morgan Street, LaGrange GA

Zero stars would be more appropriate. The pharmacy staff is always unpleasant to deal with. Lack of customer service and care. Always have to wait an excessive amount of time to check out, pick up anything, and almost ridiculous to get any kind of information from the employees.

I never have a problem when dropping off medication requests or picking up medication. The pharmacy staff is always nice and professional. The store itself is always clean.

Not sure what happened with this pharmacy but you can’t seem to get any prescriptions same day anymore. Everything has to be ordered. I’ve received 3 texts messages in the last 5 days letting me know an order has been placed so I finally called just to be told it would be ready in an hour. So the texts aren’t even right. Staff was unprofessional on the phone.

These are the most unprofessional, nasty, rude people I’ve ever dealt with! I do not understand how they just blatantly lack professionalism and courtesy!!!! The WHOLE ENTIRE STAFF!!! I will be emailing Karen Lynch, President & CEO, and David A. Falkowski, Executive Vice President & Chief Compliance Officer, to let them know about my very unpleasant experience with this store!

Told y'all I'd put you on blast but I'm not finished yet. Be looking for a press release. The pharmacy doesn't follow their own policies. They refused service, didn't check to see if they had a prescription in stock (against policy to not check right?) then gonna rip my prescription and refuse to take it. Lol. Walmart had no problem taking it. Y'all better tighten up because you never know who's watching y'all clown around. We're sending in undercover investigative journalist. Good luck.

Heather from the pharmacy and who ever the old croak is in the front can fix that nasty attitude they got.

I am a Carepass member and loving it!! CVS is always clean and organized. You can get prescriptions, over the counter medicine, and first aid products, of course. But, you can also pick up personal and beauty products, gifts, toys, and cards, snacks and candy, and a few groceries. With Carepass you can pay $5/month or $48/year and every month you get a $10 credit. On top of that, you always get 20% off any CVS healthcare item, and once a month you get 30% off all regular priced items on one bill. They offer lots of coupons, and you can stack them. I get some really great deals!

The lady I just spoken with is very rude and hangs up on you for trying to help someone out by telling them that this is not their number.

Avoid this branch at all available costs. Text reminders for medicine pick-ups aren't always reliable. You may get a text stating your medicine is ready only to arrive and find out it's not. Promise times are fluid with this bunch--10 minutes to you is 45 for them. Not sure of their names, but pharmacy techs, along with the pharmacist herself, are great at shouting your prescription names for everyone within earshot to hear. This location is nothing but disappointment.

They discriminate against doctors and their patients. Have filled my prescriptions for over a year and today I was told they don’t agree with that business anymore. Well, you don’t deserve anymore of my money. Will be pulling all prescriptions.
