Ghetto pharmacy. The ladies that work pharmacy are horrible. Could care less to be nice or god forbid help. Very slow on purpose it's the great attitude. Guess it's the best employees they can find. So go somewhere else

Dropped a prescription off at 2pm as a regular customer there. It was for pain meds for my wife who just had surgery. They said it would be done at 5 or 6pm. Went back at 6pm and they said had no record of it. Then went back in as it was a hard copy prescription I dropped off and they all of a sudden found it. But they still had the hard copy sitting with no work done. Said it would be tomorrow. Mind you she just got home from surgery and is in pain. Spent the whole night without pain meds. No sense of urgency and no care about anything.

I was scheduled for a covid test and I waited in a line wrapped around the building for an hour. When I finally got to the front of the drive through line, I was very rudely told that I had to be in "line 1" and not "line 2". I had my disabled 2 yr old grandson in the car seat and had to pick up my 4 yr old granddaughter from preschool within 20 minutes. I explained to the tech that I work at a local ER and have been through the royal run around to get a covid test after developing symptoms. The hospital SHOULD have given me a test Regardless I had scheduled this appointment and I suggested I get the test by walking up to the "line 1" (closest to the building ) window and I would take it right there and hand it back to them. I have never experienced such rude, callous, uncaring and unappreciative and unprofessional behavior in my 51 years in this earth! They said my only option was to drive back around the building and wait AGAIN in the line wrapped around the building which would have taken another hour at least. And I simply could not wait. There was NO SIGN and there was nothing in the emailed instructions telling me that I had to be in that line. I told them that if they or a loved one came into my ER that I would not have the luxury NOR WOULD I DREAM of refusing to treat someone who has symptoms of this virus or any other reason! Everyone talks of appreciating the front lines workers , but when it comes down to it , this is the way we are treated most of the time. I have had to wear an N95 mask for 3 days and I have to watch my grandkids as their mother is a nurse working to save lives from this virus also! And my grandson has Downs Syndrome so he is immunocompromised. SHAME ON YOU AT CVS for treating ANYONE with such blatant disregard. But you sleep well knowing that if and when this virus hits you or a family member, I will gladly treat you with kindness and respect !

Flu-shot. In and out in 10 minutes. Extremely busy pharmacy but super-efficient and friendly staff! CVS' can be hit or miss but every time I go to this one, they are great. And quick. I'm always left with the impression at this CVS that it is well-managed and the entire team is on board and take great pride in what they do.
