I usually love coming here and talking to the people that work here but today was w horrible experience. I got an oil change and when I came to pick up my car my front bumper was half ripped off and I had to fix it myself. And I was totally okay with that but after I left I realized my meter wasn’t reset and and I had no sticker (no proof I even got an oil change) so I went back and asked if they could reset it, give me a sticker and show me the dip stick for proof that I got an oil change. And the gentleman there immediately gave me attitude and rolled his eyes at me. Mind you I simply asked for this as proof, no attitude or anything. So I’m very upset but how I was treated today when I only wanted proof of service after spending 60$

Dillon and Tony took care of my truck tire when I realize it was showing threads. They were willing to stay late if they needed to. Make sure I was safe. I cannot say how much I appreciate your kindness! That is the kind of thing that makes me want to come Back!Thank you!

Oil change and tire rotation this morning. Arrived 30 min after opening, one car ahead of me, and it took less than an hour.Costed around $50 for oil change, filter, and 4 tire rotation.Great experience today. It all depends on what crew they have when you go.I've definitely have had some negative experiences at the Lafayette location, but today was A+.

We got a tire installed. Yesterday we were promised to get the black Friday price on a goodyear all season radial. They say they are open till 7 but they could not get us in because the manager decided to close at 5 and this was around 4. Today when we went back the manager we talked to was not there and the person did not listen. We ended up taking a generic tire after getting the run around to get the same deal as in an order that was accidentally cancelled. If we weren't getting that goodyear we would have went to the one at the end of battlefield parkway because they have been of good service in the past.Service: Tires

Dropped my car off and waited for 3 hours when they knew 30 mins in they were going to change my tires and didn’t call. Also the reason was bc a lugnut was stuck and they couldn’t get it off. Which was a lie bc me and woman that doesn’t workout got all my lug nuts off just to check myself don’t waste your time or money with them! You’ll regret it!Service: Auto tire replacement

Brought vehicle in for tire rotation and balance. They said my lug nuts had swelled and the guy with the tool wouldn't be there till the next day. Came back the next day and they said I needed new lug nuts when they checked me in. Had to leave and go buy new ones at O'Reilly's. That should have been addressed the first day I came in so I could have purchased and brought them on the next visit. Walmart should have the tools on site every day they are open and not have to depend on one guy with his personal tools to complete jobs.

I won't go back to this auto center again. I called one evening about getting a tire aired up and maybe check for any problem with the tire, it was close to their closing time so I understood that, no problem, but when I told the guy I would come the next morning early he said "good luck with that" seriously?!? Way to go Walmart Auto Center

This place is a good place to buy tires. They offer an insurance to cover any thing that happens to the new tires. The insurance also covers free balancing and rotation of the tires. The insurance also covers any punctures for defects the tires may have. Many of the employees that install the tires are well trained and know what they are doing. This place also offers oil change and loop jobs. The employees that movie service work also inspect the underneath of the vehicle when doing Lube Jobs and will notify the car owner of any loose bolts or missing bolts. One of the best things I like about buying tires at Walmart is that there is Walmart auto care services that can take care of any issues and honor the insurance that is on your vehicle all across the nation.

Good price on tires, very knowledgeable, BUT took over 2 hrs.,to put 2 tires on. That's way to long.....the 1 man would start working, walk away, started working on something else. Other customer's would come in, they would stop, start working on there vehicle.

Dont normaly. Go to walmart for my tires an oil change but at this time had no choice. Over all o change went smooth.But with tires i just bought them an went an put them on myself got tired of the waite.

A little too long of a wait but once he got to me it was very good. Very helpful. Even carried the heavy battery to and from my car since it was for another vehicle.

Asked several times to shoot some grease to front steering components..was advised will do if they have grease fittings ..I advised they have them. As I installed new front end parts last year.Get the receipt and it show's 0 zero fittings I grab the flashlight and check and there's 0 Zero evidence of them being greased. They just assumed it had none and never even checked after me telling them it does have them..Its in the service agreement they perform this for said price and was the one reason I didn't do the maintenance myself..come on Wal-Mart step it up!!!!Services: Oil change
