The assistant store manager, Liz, is extremely rude to customers and workers. She refuses to help find items, help with price checks, and has even refused to give the restroom key to customers, saying instead, “ if it’s not hanging on the door, we don’t have one”. The restroom key is kept in the office and the doors are unlocked by the employees. Another customer has to open the restroom door with a pocket knife so the customer could use the restroom. The employees are forced to sign papers that state “as long as she doesn’t ask them to jump off the building, do what she says”. This sets the other employees up to be forced to do things they would get in trouble for as the last assistant manager forced an employee to roll stolen items to her car. The district manager doesn’t seem to care about who he hires at this store. She is despised by the customers for her poor customer service and rude demeanor.

Been stopping at this store several times a week since it opened. I hope it gets closed soon. Most terrible customer service I have ever seen....the skinny little dark red headed lady is in need of some mental health...let alone be talking to customers. I will use the self checkout when I can, not when you tell me to!!! Sometimes damn customers need some assistance that self checkout cannot handle bisch!!!

For months now you can only use a card to pay not cash. There is never anyone working there and if you need help with something you can forget about it. Absolutely the worst management of any place I have ever been it. I live near the location and will never spend another dollar there.

Love the store friendly workers the store it perfect they just don’t have enough help can’t keep help there are times the store is closed because they don’t have any help and it’s so hard to get a job with y’all ??

Good evening. I was in this location on 10/13/2022 there was about 30 people in the store. The self check out was down,the ladies that was working pm this evening (8:15pm) was restarted the system. That didn't work. Everyone waited for the system to reboot. It never did. Only a hand full had cash. Please do something about this situation. If there can't be good service there (internet) please get a ATM so we don't have to go all the way to the Mapco to get cash.P Please fix the problem.

This store has completely gone down hill super quickly. This store used to be one of the best dollar generals I’ve ever been to. This store now looks like it has been ran through by a bunch of monkeys. Previous managers that recently left cussed customers out the district manager and loss prevention lady are snakes they have fired several workers due to “stealing” whenever nothing was stolen.

I stopped here to buy snacks during our travels right before closing and as my wife and I are eating while deciding our next travel spot cops pull up and search our vehicle cause cause one of the employees said we were drinking . After the police quickly noticed we were not drinking or anything like that and learned we were very descent people he let us go . Completely ruined our afternoon and terrified my wife . So I called my lawyer

They were open when we needed a cold drink, and we were driving in the country. Wasn't the best place for me o get a snack, though hubby was very happy with his selections.

Went for hornet spray and a few cheap pool toys and goggles. They had everything I needed, very friendly staff. The goggles ended up being too small and were very poor quality, but worked for littles kids in a kiddie pool. Successful trip with no hassles or inconveniences.
